Beautiful villa located in the hotel area of Cancun. The beach is a few meters away by foot and we are surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, beaches and the transportation is very accessible. We are between the sea and the lagoon.

Missing support from the host

My reservation was cancelled the same day and time of check in I was already there and the left me on the street nobody answered the calls and messages, 3 hours after the sent a message trying to justify it was cancelled due an emergency that has the host to take a flight, if that was the case she could have told before taking the flight even I text her one day before and she confirmed everything was fine I can believe there are people like this without sense of responsibility and reap for what they offer

Refrigerator makes loud noise and not working properly.. the cleaning not good and a door from the cabinet door coming out! Neighbor was everyday with loud music we have to tell the security man how help quit 👍 but the next day another one star again..
