We had a lovely weekend, celebrating our son who was graduating college. The house was so comfortable and we felt right at home. We have family in the area and we were able to have them over to celebrate with us. The weather was cold and rainy but the house was nice and cozy! Also, the house is pretty close to the school, so we were able to walk to the festivities. It was also very helpful to have parking on the property for 2 cars! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
We traveled to Burlington to spend thanksgiving with family. This house was perfect. The house has comfortable furniture, amazing beds, and a kitchen that was well stocked with what we needed to prepare thanksgiving dinner. I have stayed in many vacation rental properties in many cities and I can comfortably say this was one of the best. You won’t regret renting this gem.
We had an excellent time at this property. It was the perfect size and in an excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There were detailed instructions on how everything worked and the host responded to any questions in minutes. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area.
We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. Our daughter and her partner live a 5 min walk away so the location was perfect. We were very comfortable and enjoyed cooking and hanging out together as a family. Definitely will stay here again!
Amazing location and beautiful property — perfect for UVM move in week! Tricia was gracious and helpful and the house is easily walkable to so many great spots.
Wonderful house, very clean and in great condition. The owner was so helpful providing info about the area and quick responses when needed. Our favorite part was the location. Easy, 5 minute walk to food, shopping, and only 10-15 minute walk to the lake.
We had a wonderful stay at Trichia's place. The home is confortable and super clean, and the hot tub out back was an extra bonus we made use of every night. We could walk back and forth from Church Street on safe and well-lit streets. Love that there were two washers and dryers in the basement!

Charming Home
My colleagues and I attended a business conference in Burlington and found this home to be a pleasant change from the hotel environment. The owners were very accommodating and the home was extremely clean and spacious. Its a great location if your want to be close to downtown.
Nice house in a great location. Close to UVM, Church Street, the lake, etc. Kind and responsive owner.
Lost a star due to spotty wifi and miscommunication with the cleaning crew.
This house is the ultimate New England vacation rental! Old world charm galore, but all the modern touches you need (including ample device plug-ins by the beds). One of the most well-appointed rentals we’ve ever stayed in and we really appreciated every little detail. We stayed for a week visiting our son at UVM and it’s in a great location for that, as well as walking to and from Church Street. Wish we were still there!
This is probably the 6th or 7th year we’ve stayed at Tricia’s house in the old north end but the first year we’ve brought our daughter. The kind bedroom perfectly fit a toddler air mattress for her (she was a little small for a twin bed but outgrew the pack and play).
The house is close enough to walk downtown for meals and shopping and just a short drive to kid-friendly activities like the Echo aquarium and Vermont Teddy Bear. We had a great long weekend in this well-stocked house!

Clean, open, welcoming, walkable
This property was perfect for our 3 day stay in Burlington. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools we needed (we love to cook). We were also very happy with the overall living space- comfy and warm. We were able to sleep very easily- all the rooms had AC units (kept the rooms cool and drowned out any sound). The beds were great- and all the sheets and blankets were clean. There was also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We would definitly stay there again! Thank you so much for making our stay in Burlington so easy and fun!

Very nice, as expected.
Very good experience. Everything was as advertised. We had a great week with our two kids (2 and 6). House is older so outlets are limited in the bedrooms - you may want to bring two-prong extension chords if you want to plug in a couple of things by the bed and also have a lamp.
We travelled to Burlington for graduation, and this was the perfect spot for our 4 days in town. It's always all about the location, isn't it? Although there is just one bathroom, it was never an issue getting all of us ready and out the door! We appreciated the cozy, homey feel of the interior. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the nice television as some of us were invested in the NBA playoffs! Tricia was a fabulous host as well. You could hear street noise inside, but it was never disruptive to us...if you're a pretty light sleeper, you should be aware. Since we had our own vehicles, we loved having the driveway for parking. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed the house, and we would definitely choose this place again.
Our extended family stayed here for our sons graduation from uvm. Everything was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better- we could walk to campus and downtown easily. My father is disabled and our host kindly helped us with the storage and charging of his scooter. She happened to be there when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. There was nothing we would have changed!!

Great location, good deal
Charming house located within walking distance of downtown and the lake front. Very clean, well appointed-- perfect for our family of 5.
Left the car in the driveway and walked all over Burlington. Favorite breakfast was at Penny Cluse... well second favorite-- Firebird Cafe in Essex Junction was one of the best breakfast spots ever! Kids loved going to the Ben & Jerry's factory in Waterbury. Had a great meal at Prohibition Pig-- beer was great too. Farmers market, the lake front, the Echo and Church Street were highlights in Burlington.
Great place and Trisha was really nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place if you are thinking of visiting beautiful Burlington.
Only negative was the slow wifi which frustrated my online game-obsessed teen-- me not so much.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location
We enjoyed our stay at this property with 3 adults and 2 children. The location between the UVM campus and downtown Burlington was convenient. Our visit was unseasonably cool but the home was cozy. Our umbrella broke during the trip so it would have been nice to have a back up at the house (if there was one I wasn't able to locate it ;-). A washer and dryer were on property which we used because my kids are magnets for food messes! I only noted that the washer had dirt and debris in it that required an empty prewash. Perhaps some floor mats were washed the cycle before. All in all a good visit to Burlington at a comfortable home!
