Great property...would definitely stay here again. Nice walking distance to downtown and lakeside spots. Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Excellent communication from the owners. Beautiful courtyard to sit in to enjoy a coffee or adult beverage. Very quiet street. Didn't have any problems finding parking.

Thank you…we also offer off street parking but not in the front…behind the main house.
Next time!?
Beautiful place with lovely outdoor areas to sit. Walking distance to Church St. Parking space near garage. Gas fireplace insert was a great extra. Only issue was figuring out the entry but we got it within 5 minutes.
Communication with the host was easy and seamless, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The nice space felt cozy, private, and beautifully tucked into a peaceful garden (even though it was winter) setting while still being close to everything.

Thank you Ann. Come again when the garden is in bloom.
The gas fireplace and heated bathroom floor were key when we had an unexpected snowstorm while visiting Burlington. The Garden Studio is well located and in a quiet, walkable residential area. The large windows let in a lot of sunlight and the bed was very comfortable. The studio was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, granola, milk, and orange juice. A wonderful stay!

Thank you Amy. It was great hosting the two of you.
Such a great place, highly recommend! Room is so nice and well appointed. Heated floor in the bathroom is incredible. Mary Ann was so helpful and quick to respond. Will absolutely look to stay here next time we come to Burlington!
The studio was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts think of everything you need including a complimentary bottle of wine. We stayed during the winter and loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Close to church street a great location. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
Quiet and relaxing spot. Very close to downtown without being too busy itself. The heated floor and towel rack in the bathroom were a wondeful ammenity. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Absolutely loved this place - quiet neighborhood, charming studio with thoughtful amenities, and a beautiful garden. MaryAnn is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
This cottage studio was a gem - maybe the best kept secret in Burlington! So close to UVM campus and within walking distance to downtown. Everything was well thought out, and the details (heated floor in bathroom, fireplace, light breakfast foods, etc.). We've already booked this for next year!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lake house. It was very spacious and accommodating to us! Love the back porch and the boating dock! Will definitely come back
This property was a great find and enhanced our trip to BTV. Mary Ann was a gracious and hospitable host (and we loved visiting with her cat too!). The property was beautiful with gardens and critters and the space was clean and modern. Definitely recommend!
We enjoyed spending our honeymoon here. Close to downtown and a cute little studio.
