This is a beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo with many amenities. Master Bedroom has a King bed and an on-suite. The Second bedroom has 2 beds and an on-suite. Living area has a pull-out sofa and wonderful views of the Sound and the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped. This condo is close to the Lifestyle Center and overlooks Infinity pools. There is also a large Tower Pool with a hot tub. There are trams to take you around the property. You will enjoy your stay at this beautiful resort.

The condo/resort exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautiful and so easy to get to and access. We all loved the view from the condo. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were amazing. The resort staff were very friendly and so polite and incredibly helpful. The people of Pensacola were some of the most welcoming and friendly people I’ve ever encountered. Our host, Jason, was very attentive and always responded very quickly. Check-in was a breeze. We all slept wonderfully. The area has so much to see and do. This was our kids first big vacation and the bar has been set high for them. Everyone can’t wait to come back for another fantastic vacation. Thanks Jason and the PORTOFINO Resort for having us!

We’ve stayed at portofino every year since 2018 and this year was by far our favorite. This was the first year we brought the boat and we had to just on through some hoops to make it happen. Jason was very helpful and quick to reply to help us make it happen!

Great condo and experience

We stayed here with kids and friends and had a great experience! The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! We did one of the adventure packages which the kids loved. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect view of pool and adventure cove

Great stay! Unit had more room in living and dining area than pictures reflect. We had a party of 7 and stayed comfortably. Beds were comfy and everything we needed in the kitchen. Host communicated well and let us check in early when unit was ready. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do justice!! This place was amazing and we loved having access to the bay and ocean, especially if the ocean was rough. The condo was spectacular. The only issues we had were the bathroom outlets didn’t work for some reason, the shower heads weren’t great and we only had 2 wash clothes. Overall, not a big deal and well worth the stay!!

The best!

The manager was super easy to communicate with and so friendly! This was our first time staying at this location and it won’t be our last! And we are locals so we definitely know the area. The view was amazing too!

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Amazing condo. Beautiful resort. Great pools, hot tubs, saunas. The spa was accommodating, clean, and professional. Good variety of food available on property. Beach is clean and gorgeous! Highly recommend.

Beautiful!

Lovely condo, just as pictured. Very clean and well stocked. Jason was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive, and took very good care of us! The view was amazing, from the balcony there is a gorgeous view of both the bay and gulf. Each tower has their own pool but we love the larger pool at the Life Center which is a very short walk from this tower. We had the best time and will definitely stay here again!

Great location and condo

This was our first time at Portofino and we loved it! The first part of our trip there was a very large (3500) teenagers from a youth group in Texas that slowed down the elevators but they were all very polite. The condo was very nice and the views were great!! We tried out the public trolley system but don’t recommend. We sat for over an hour waiting on one and had to wind up using different transportation back to the condo. Will definitely book at Portofino again!

Everything was perfect

I was skeptical about staying at a resort that has over 700 units but it wasn’t crowded at all! Plenty to do and we didn’t feel like we had to get up at the crack of dawn to compete for a prime spot on the beach. The unit itself was perfect with a great view and on the 11th floor it wasn’t too high up. Communication with the host was very quick and responsive. As we drove around the island and talked to locals everyone agreed that Portofino resort is the nicest place to stay.

Spring Break 2024

My family and I loved our stay at the Portofino resort! The condo is awesome! It's a lot bigger in person than it looked in the pictures. The resort and their staff are great Restaurants, bar, pools, etc. There are paddleboards, kyakas, hobie , dolphin cruises, and other activities to reserve thru the resort. The prices are fair. The condo is great ! Very spacious with 2 coffee pots and all of the things(pots, pans. knives, blender) you need to cook dinner. The view is amazing. It's a very short walk across the street to get to the beach. The only negative thing to mention was the mattress cover on the master bed. It was uncomfortable and noisy. We took it off and the bed was more comfortable. Jason is an awesome host! He responded immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend this condo. Our entire family had fun! We would stay here again for sure!

This condo is exactly as listed, it has an amazing view and the resort is terrific. It was so nice having basic things like hand soap in the bathrooms, etc. I forgot trash bags and there were a few under the sink! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo. D.Jones Matthews NC
