The Portofino Island Resort and Spa is Built on Santa Rosa Island Between the Gulf of Mexico with its emerald surf and the more tranquil Santa Rosa Sound. At the Center of the Resort is the Lifestyle Center with an Extraordinary Health Club for Toning Your Body, and a World Class Spa for Nurturing Your Soul.

This Beautiful 1,333 square foot 2 bedroom/2 & 1/2 bath condo has been completely renovated and remodeled. There are new porcelain tiled floors throughout. The kitchen has been updated with a new quartz waterfall countertop, new cabinets and new Samsung appliances including an Induction cooktop with Convection Oven. All the furnishings are new from the king sized beds in both the master & guest suites to the new sofa and sleeper sofa in the living room. All 3 bathrooms have new vanities, fixtures and lighting . The master and guest bathrooms both have new walk-in showers and there is a new soaking tub in the master bathroom.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The view was great, the furniture was comfortable, the amenities were excellent! The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay from beach towels to cooking supplies and even plastic storage containers to take snacks to the beach. We had an excellent stay here and we are already planning to return. Very highly recommend this property!

It was always a fantasy of mine to have a place at the beach and now it's a reality! I'm an Interpreter for the Deaf and sometimes a clown. I love kids! I love clowning around! And I love getting to the beach whenever I can!

Why they chose this property

I was looking for a place to buy at the beach and fell in love with the resort when I had the chance to stay with friends who have owned a condo at Portofino since 2006.

What makes this property unique

Portofino Island Resort is Isolated at the End of Pensacola Beach next to the National Seashore. The Property has dining on the premises and is 4 miles to the local bars, restaurants and shopping--also, Close Enough to Gulf Breeze and the City of Pensacola to Enjoy the Shopping, Dining and Art of Downtown Pensacola. The resort Fireworks from the Balcony are breathtaking.
