Tropic Isles 502 is a Cozy, Clean and Comfortable condo located directly on the beach with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on West Beach Blvd only steps away from the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

This 1 bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed with new mattresses in bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 bunks in the hall for the kids. Not twin size but 30" x 75"

The beach and pool is just a few steps away from the elevator.
The space
Leaving Footprints 5 is in a low density condominium complex (Tropic Isles) which means the pool and beach is never too crowded.

Ready for dinner? If catching your own dinner in the surf is not your cup of tea then you can pick up some fresh seafood at the Seafood market just up the street and use the fully equipped kitchen to have a great home cooked meal or grill out by the pool. If you prefer to eat out the options are fabulous. Bahama Bobs is about a block West and Surfside Pizza and Ice Cream is across the street and everyone's favorite, The Hangout is just a few blocks East at the "T" with tons of great choices like Crico's Mikee's, The Gulf Shores Steamer or Desoto's for pecan encrusted catch of the day and a Bushwacker. If you make it to Desoto's you must try the sweet potato casserole - It taste like Thanksgiving

A Smart TV in the living room allows you to access all of your streaming accounts and cable TV in the bedroom and free WiFi keep you connected to the world if you aren't ready to completely unplug.

This 1 bedroom Direct Beachfront condo has a fabulous private balcony to sit and watch the dolphins play offshore.

It sleeps 6 with a brand new king size gel infused memory foam bed in the bedroom, a brand new queen size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 bunks with brand new memory foam mattresses in the hallway. The bunks are not twin size beds but are more like a berth and they measure 75" long and 30" wide.

A parking pass is required and is included for free with the rental for one vehicle. If a 2nd parking pass is needed it can be purchased for $35

We also provide a few basic beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a few beach toys for your use.

There is a grilling area and restroom next to the "seasonally" heated pool

You are our top priority and since we live less than a half a mile away, we are quickly available for any emergencies or unforeseen needs, but you are more likely to run into us at the beach or in one of Gulf Shores' great restaurants than to have any problems.

We love Gulf Shores and moving here has been a dream come true and we can't wait to share paradise with you.
