Beautiful mountain views
Even though the cabins are somewhat close together along the ridge, the way they each are situated and built gives a feeling of privacy. The appointments are upscale and the cabin was spotless. Loved the log furniture as well. Downsides were that the “master bedroom” was also the game area, and the jacuzzi tub/master bathroom was not private, as there was only a shutter type window instead of a wall. Also, the rate for the 1&1/2 bedroom was way over the advertised rate. We would probably not rent it again.
Recomended !! Very nice cabin👍
Very clean👌 Amaizing view, cabin like new :) everything for the wood its look great i love it 😌 Photo 100% corect and when u come in cabin it's look more beautiful !!
I would stay there agan
Great cabin, location
the value for $89/night cant be beat in the area. the cabin is newer and the view of Pigeon forge is good. However this is NOT a privately owned seculed cabin. it is adjacent to other cabins only yards way and managed like a hotel room. so the private cabin in the woods on the mountain thing is not this.... but for a $89 clean, newer high view it is def worth it.
We have been staying in the mountains of Tennessee for many years and never experienced bed bugs in any of our places. Office sent up pest control immediately first thing the next morning when we called and were very helpful and concerned. It was a real inconvenience to have to pack everything again after just one day and move to a new cabin. Outrageous Cabins were very accommodating about cleaning our clothing and returning them that afternoon. The employees were fantastic to work with a very apologetic for or issue. Just felt the management should have contacted us with some concern. The new cabin they moved us to was very nice and we enjoyed the rest of our weeks stay.
Here at Outrageous Cabins it is our utmost priority that our guests are treated as family. We are terribly sorry to hear you experienced a a bad stay with us. We are happy to hear that the staff handled it quickly and with care! However, it pains us to hear that management wasn't as responsive as you would have wished. Luckily, we are now under new management and we are trying to undo what the last manager has done. If you would call us at our office "outrageous cabins" during business hours and ask for James, We would love nothing more than to rectify the situation at hand!
This was a beautiful cabin with great views! My kids thoroughly enjoyed having a game room and hot tub. I loved sipping coffee on one of the two balconies every morning.
In the world of Keurigs, we didn't give much thought to the original dollar store coffee maker. Several times it was left on the entire day, and we would wake to the smell of burnt sledge. I was surprised that they skimped on one of the most used of appliances.
If you actually want to dry off after a shower, I recommend bringing your own towels. The tissues that are provided work well for the shower door that pours water all over the floor. I also recommend bringing your own laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters (the kind with a flat bottom), and charcoal and matches for grilling.
I was also kind of taken back by the tip envelope that was left out. There was no daily service. We washed the towles, dishes, and bedding on our own. We paid over $1300 for five nights, I'm feeling like the money paid should take care of the staff. Had they come in to change things out, I would have gladly left a tip for the extra work.
Overall this is a wonderful property! The views would be hard to beat. The beds were cozy. The hot tub was soothing. It was a perfect get away for my family!
