Did not stay

It was unsanitary and unsafe. There was mold and cobwebs. The carpet on the stairs was not attached and unsafe. We ended up going to hotel

I appreciate you bringing my attention to the cobweb and the loose piece of carpet in the kickplate of the bottom stair. I've believed it as VRBO's policy though that you give me a chance to remedy the situation if you have a concern. You didn't do that. I could've sent someone over to address that. I did also offer you a longer stay to compensate for the inconvenience but you never responded. I'm sorry you were not willing to discuss it.
