The proximity to the stadium is fantastic. We had the best time with the Charlottesville Ten Miler. Don’t sleep on wayside fried chicken and make sure to walk down to the Neapolitan pizzeria. Who doesn’t love a house with character?
Great location in a student area. House has everything you need. Walking distance to the Grounds, Scott Stadium and great pizza and Thai spots. Perfect for dog.
Was a great, nice little place to stay! Very conveniently located and had everything we needed! We didnt have any issues checking in or out and our dogs had a yard to actually run in! Will absolutely be looking it back up for future stays in Charlottesville
Perfect location next to UVA. House was super clean, lots of room, comfy beds including one downstairs which was great for my daughter after having foot surgery. Backyard was fantastic, private and enjoyed by us and our dog.
This house has a great proximity to the UVA grounds, was clean and pet friendly. The stay was nice but communication with the host was odd. When toilet paper ran out I contacted the host asking where more can be found. The host responded with “What is your problem” then when I responded that we had found extra he said “no one does that, there is plenty of toilet paper”. I found the response unnecessarily aggressive and was uncomfortable.

The first time we heard from Annamaria was 830 am Sat am. She wrote " Hi Do you have extra toilet paper the --------? ". Never before had a message that implies Harsh words like the dirty kind. Asked my neighbor Megan and she read it the same way she said "what ----- you have in there "? Dashes ?
Before that we met her odd request for her dog ? These girls were having a Reunion so we obliged and offered early check in. There were two drawers full of toilet paper (sink vanity) next to the toilet we also offered late check out overlooking this petty exchange. But this girl likes drama not so nice or thoughtful Have some consideration please
Yes very easy to check in even at night. Great location close to Scott stadium and UVA, the Corner et al!Heat was always perfect, and all worked out well. Thanks John...
Check in was easy and the kitchen was nicely stocked-thoughtful to have a variety of coffees. Comfy bed and nice bathroom upstairs. The street was very quiet. We were surprised about how busy Charlottesville was.
Had a great time at this house. Good location in Charlottesville and served as a great choice for housing myself and friends. Great table for board games!

Why they chose this property
I love this old Bungalow style house very classic build for that time ,in the 20,s its really reminds me of a charming country home but right here next to UVA in the city, around a 100 year old has lived along side the historical aspects and achievements of the area and seen the ever evolving campus while mainaining its rich history and rural like setting ,was lucky enough to own and renovate the property on my own, i really enjoy that with some great help ,this house has inspired me to up date but keep it original . Hope you will enjoy it too.
