Located on Mustang Island where the beaches are less travelled. Built in 2007 , the Addison Bailey was professionally designed, built, decorated, and landscaped. You won't find another house like it on the island. Great for families, family reunions, corporate retreats, or just one of your best vacations ever. You will love this house "I Promise". House is equipped with 2 kings, 6 queens, and 1 single. 4 Flat screen tv's, full utility room, whirlpool tub in master, 7 person hot tub on deck. Granite and soapstone counter tops throughout. Jennair appliances. This house is an upside down house with main living and kitchen upstairs and a 2nd living downstairs. Bed layout is: Downstairs Bedroom #1 has 4 queens (two queen bunk beds), Downstairs Bedroom #2 has one king, foyer has 1 single bed, and downstairs living has a queen murphy bed. Upstairs front bedroom #3 has a queen, Upstairs bedroom #4 master has a king.

Amazing as usual. Very close to the beach, very short walk. Plenty of room for our 18 person family. Host is the best.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed this beautiful house. The listing was accurate and the house was what we expected and more! This house was conveniently located near restaurants and stores. It was also nice to have beach access from the property! We look forward to staying again in the future.

We had an awesome time at this Addison Bailey property. Everything was setup nicely, with a quick walk over the dune and out onto the beach. Would recommend and will plan future travel to this property.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Sons, daughter, grandkids and all shared a week of beach fun. All 10 of us had our own "area" in Addison Bailey house. The kids loved sitting in the lower level "reading nook" and the four queen-sized bunks, amazing. The short walk to the beach topped it off beautifully.

What an amazing time at this place! Love the house and Dana was absolutely amazing!

We rented to have our wedding on the beach! It was truly amazing!!! Perfect location and the house was gorgeous! After having our wedding canceled 4 times due to Covid issues! We finally got it done here at this home and the amazing beach!!! Thank you Dana for providing us a beautiful place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our family to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The kids had room to play & we had room to visit. The living room downstairs has doors & a murphy bed so it’s like a whole other large bedroom. The living room upstairs by the kitchen has a large balcony that looks out over the backyard & is where we enjoyed watching the views & sunrise & could hear the waves & it was very peaceful. The neighborhood is gorgeous & it’s a lovely short walk to the beach.

Perfect family and friend getaway

This home is perfect for a large group and has enough space for two families to have two separate floors to themselves. It is a beautiful home that has been very well maintained and has lots of little touches. Dana is a gracious and attentive host and was very helpful when we had questions and responsive when a challenge arose even over a holiday weekend. She made everything right and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. We will be staying here again!!

Wonderful Experience

We gathered to celebrate a beach wedding for my daughter. Family plus a few close friends were able to enjoy the wedding plus serious relaxation time. The place was perfect. The host was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better location. I really appreciate how easy everything went and how well the house lived up to all our hopes and expectations. We created some wonderful memories.

Enjoyed the stay!!!!

My family enjoyed the stay. The communication was great with the owner. The house upset worked for my family. The neighborhood was nice. The pool was small but enjoyable. A nice boardwalk to the beach. We rented a golf cart (Silver Sands Rental) and you could drive it over the boardwalk. The hot tub was nice but I wish there were more chairs on for outside areas of the house. We would definitely rent again. S. Thompson
