This condo with balconies in both the living area and master bedroom overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, is conveniently located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach making it easy to walk and enjoy popular Flagler Avenue with boutique shopping, Esther Park, casual or fine dining and nightly entertainment. 7th floor oceanfront from master bedroom, living and dining room, with a large balcony. Approx 1250 sq feet, the expansive condo will be your home away from home. Apt sized washer/dryer in unit. Laundry facilities available on each floor.
