Ocean view condo located on the no-drive zone of the beach. Clean, comfortable, and spacious two-bedroom, two-bath ocean view condominium. Located directly on the car free portion of the best beach in Florida - New Smyrna Beach! NSB is where central Florida locals go to find the best, least touristy and uncrowded beach.

This is a fourth floor unit with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, heated pool, and beautifully landscaped courtyard. Castle Reef has the nicest grounds of any comparable condo complex in NSB.

The complex also offers lighted tennis/pickleball courts, heated Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, gazebo, clubhouse, and grills. There is also the option to rent the clubhouse for private parties.

Enjoy your morning breakfast routine on the large balcony directly overlooking the ocean. Or wind down with a glass of wine at the end of the day to enjoy the fantastic view of the sunset.

We have furnished everything you will need to enjoy your stay, including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, fishing poles, tennis racquets/balls, and beach toys for the kids.

Walk across the street to the market or restaurant. There are many other great restaurants a short distance away.

We are located about an hour from Disney, Universal, and the Orlando International Airport and just minutes from Daytona Speedway.

We have a king-sized bed, two twin beds, large flat-screen TV, and a gorgeous place to stay!

Having access to beach chairs & umbrellas in the condo was a great touch - everything we needed was available. Communications & check in were a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean and had what we needed. We had a computer glitch on getting check in info but was taken care of quickly as soon as I let them know. The view is wonderful and the sound of the waves is amazing. My only problem is with the bathroom faucets. I don't have the strength to turn them on or off. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

The Wolk’s

We had an amazing stay at Castle Reef! Perfect little condo with everything you need, great view of the ocean, and close to NSB restaurants and Flagler ave! Our kids loved spending time at the pool, which also has a kiddie pool for the younger kids. The hosts were great at communication with anything we needed. We have been coming to New Smyrna our whole lives and this condo was one of my favorites, we will be back!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first. The location and available amenities are perfect for our family. The beach steps were unfortunately damaged by the hurricanes prior to our stay, but public beach access is only a 2 minute drive away. We will definitely look into this property for our next trip to New Smyrna Beach.

We currently reside in Longwood, FL and have been going to New Smyrna Beach for years. We love the area and the convenience to all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Why they chose this property

It is family friendly and convenient to all of the Orlando attractions (i.e., Disney, Universal, Sea World, Daytona, St. Augustine). The grounds at Castle Reef are very nice, well maintained with lush foliage and beautiful landscaping, among the nicest properties in the area. Our unit is ideally located on the 4th floor, with a direct ocean view looking out over the grounds.

What makes this property unique

Castle Reef is on the No-Drive part of New Smyrna Beach, making it safer for families and with no vehicles obstructing the view. New Smyrna is ideally located, a little south of Daytona (the world's most famous) Beach but much less crowded, and it's the closest beach to the Orlando attractions. This is the beach where Orlando locals go.
