Guest H4U - Heroismo Ground floor is a renovated 40m² flat on the ground floor, featuring a private bedroom and an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is set in a typical Portuguese building, blending antique charm with modern comfort.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hobs, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and a SMEG toaster, along with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals or breakfast.

The bathroom offers a shower and toilet, and the bedroom has a 160x200 double bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with a spring bedspread.

With built-in wardrobes, 4G hotspot Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (hot and cold), this flat is ideal for year-round stays. Enjoy the furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

Accommodating up to 4 people, it’s the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a family stay.

For your convenience, we offer access to one private parking space in a garage for just 13€ per day (subject to availability and prior request), located about 1 minute on foot (approximately 80 m) from the property.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Check-in: 15:00–20:00 (free); 20:00–21:30 (15€); 21:30–23:00 (25€); 23:00–00:00 (50€); after 00:00 (from 50€) — all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.

Parking - 13€ per day (subject to availability and prior request), located about 1 minute on foot (approximately 80 m) from the property.

Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy: - Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy: - Pets are not allowed.

Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): 25€ per week. Baby cot only: 15€ per week.

Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services: - Lost Keys: 20€ replacement fee.

Door Opening: - During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): 20€. Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at 50€, subject to availability.
