Work trip

Property had many loose tiles on the floor and of the stairs, could be a danger. Could be a great home. Lack of accessories in the kitchen. No can opener, no wine opener, no pizza cutter, etc., etc.. Lawn people mowing the lawn, interrupting your stay middle of the day so grass in the pool

It was a nice stay, communication with the owners was fast and they were approachable. But we felt that we were watched by the neighbors. Couldn’t do anything, but hide from the neighbors. It was intimidating a bit.

Really nice area close location to everything the only issue needs more towels and garbage bags and napkins stuffs overall its a really nice vacation rental we will comeback for sure

We plan to be in the area 1/2025 we like the multiple beds and bathrooms. There were minimal cooking utensils. Suggest washcloths and blankets

Perfect Stay for Multi Family Group

Very clean and very large property. Evey room has its own large walk in closet and full bathroom. The dining area was very large and open. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals for a friends/family of 10. I'd definitely stay here again if im ever in this city for multiple days.

Overall wonderful

I found this as we were in town for my grandmas funeral services. Minus little things we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely look into this if we do another family stay.

Elegant large home

This house was obviously quite a showplace in its day with 4 very large bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 12' ceilings, tiled throughout and lovely neighborhood. Our host was very friendly and responsive to us. Our only suggestion - the house was VERY barely furnished. A bed and one bedside table in bedrooms, 3 sofas, 2 square dining room tables with 4 chairs. Period. We made do by using a wooden barstool for a side table in the living room and cleaning an outdoor wicker, glass-top table and bringing it in for a coffee table. The kitchen didn't have a full-sized coffee pot, toaster, serving or mixing bowl of any kind, adequate silverware, cereal bowls nor coffee cups, and no kitchen towels at all. Perhaps other previous guests didn't cook? We had a friend in the Valley who loaned us all these items, fortunately. All that was a minor inconvenience, really. The house was spacious and perfect for 5 "older" women on a trip together - private bathrooms and bedrooms. It just needs a little warmth (perhaps a living room area rug to quiet the echoing from its 24' ceiling height?) and some kitchen basics would make it perfect. Our host was really kind - we had only 2 requests which he was quick to address. And, in all fairness, he didn't dream that we'd want to use the pool in February. We northerners think 82 degrees is a heat wave! He had it cleaned that very day. We would definitely ask to rent it again when we come back down.
