This wonderful condo plus loft features a fresh remodel, gorgeous mountain decor, and a quiet location close to the community pool. Guests will love the spectacular mountain views from the living room, bedroom, and loft. Recent updates include new carpeting, doors, paint, light fixtures, and furnishings. Comfy tweed couches are great for relaxing in front of a warm fire in the gas fireplace, playing one of the family board games, or catching up on movies on the huge TV with a DVD player. The updated kitchen features granite tile countertops, new cabinetry, and a big breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area features a distressed pine dining set under an antler chandelier.
The primary suite features a big bed, a private balcony, wall-mounted TV, black-out shades, and a remodeled bathroom with new tile, countertops, and cabinetry. The guest bedroom has two big windows and plenty of closet space. The spacious loft offers a private space with plenty of storage and a TV with a DVD player. This retreat is a good selection for two small families.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Condo is in a great spot, near the chair lift and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Location was great. There is no elevator so you do have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. My biggest complaint is the mattress in the primary bedroom. The left side is terrible, like falling off a cliff. My husband and I had to huddle on the right side of the bed. If mattress is replaced, I would recommend this property. You will not get any good sleep if it isn’t replaced.

Spring break ski trip.
Great location. Short walk to the lift and 4 o’clock run allows you to ski almost directly back to the building. Very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

Great location, could be more comfortable, but decent place for price
We loved loved loved the location, parking was easy, staff was easy to work with and responsive (we only communicated once). The master bedroom mattress should be replaced, and I have communicated this to the owners directly.

Great location but no pool
The location is great and the condo is very nice, with great space. However, the inability to use the pool due to “lack of enough keys” was extremely disappointing. If you’re looking for a place based on having a pool, I would pass on this place. The pool is not guaranteed here as they do not have enough keys for all the condos.
