Questa spaziosa unità al primo piano si trova a pochi passi dal centro della città e dall'impianto di risalita e si trova nel centro di Breckenridge. I servizi includono un lavaggio / asciugatrice privati, un camino a gas in pietra e un balcone privato. Ci sono due vasche idromassaggio in loco, molto vicino alla porta d'ingresso di questa unità. Questa unità arredata in modo accogliente dispone di due ampie camere da letto e due bagni disposti in due suite private. Il layout di questa unità è un'ottima configurazione per più famiglie che condividono l'unità o famiglie più grandi. Questo è un condominio caldo e avvolgente in una posizione perfetta per godersi Breckenridge. A soli 2 isolati dall'impianto di risalita Snowflake, nella parte inferiore della pista da sci a quattro ore e ad un isolato dal centro di Breckenridge, dove è possibile fare shopping, cenare, esplorare le gallerie e godersi la vita notturna. Durante i mesi estivi, puoi ascoltare la musica dal vivo dal River Walk Center mentre sei seduto sul nostro balcone.

Dall'altra parte della strada da Park Place, puoi prendere il carrello della città per il roaming intorno a Breckenridge o il Summit Stage che ti porterà nelle aree sciistiche di Keystone o Copper Mountain e delle altre comunità della Contea di Summit - il tutto GRATUITAMENTE. Il carrello cittadino può portarti al centro ricreativo al coperto dove puoi goderti la piscina, lo scivolo acquatico, l'arrampicata su roccia, il tennis, il racquetball e il centro fitness.

Il parcheggio coperto è disponibile presso Park Place e forniamo un pass per il permesso di parcheggio gratuito per il vostro soggiorno presso la nostra unità.

Awesome location!

Location is key and this place did not disappoint. Close the hot tubs, close to the bus stop and literally can ski right to the condo and cross the street. Close to town and the slopes. My kids enjoyed the games and I LOVED that so many amenities were there. Having things like salt and pepper, oil, simple cooking supplies and esp coffee!!! When arriving on Sunday night the fact that there was coffee around for use is a HUGE perk for me.

Checked the Boxes

Good location to Snowflake Lift and bus stop. Town is very short easy walk. Hot tubs are nice and unit is overall very useful and accommodating. I would only suggest upgrading the TV to a larger one and maybe add ones to the bedrooms. Also a grill on the patio would be nice.

Great Stay, Close to Everything

This was our second time staying at this property over the last two years and we love it! Great space for everyone to have some privacy, close to the Snowflake lift, easy for skiers to ski back, very close to Main street. The property is very clean and has everything you need. The hosts are wonderful at communicating!

2nd Time staying here!

This was the 2nd Time we stayed here, and it was equally great for us. The location is perfect! It's a short walk to town for great restaurants and shops. We rented skis across the street at Christy Sports, and caught the bus just a short walk from the condo to easily get to the slopes! Will stay here again.

Great spot

The location cannot be beat. Truly ski-in and just down the road from a lift. Right across the street from Main Street for dining and shopping. Very clean and well kept property.

Perfect location and space

Family of four (2 teens). Three skiers loved proximity to mountain. I would drive them 300 yards to the closest lift each day and they could ski home easily. There is a shuttle and it is possible to walk to lift as well but it is uphill. Stones-throw to Main Street which was perfect for non-skier and apres options. The condo was perfect! Super clean, very nicely updated with all amenities you could think of. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location

What a fantastic apartment. Location and comfort is great. I counted just 60 steps from the bottom of 4 o’clock to the complex. The apartment was very comfortable and has everything you could desire and was well equipped …. There is even a steam shower, which was a lovelly surprise ( I possibly missed it on the listing). We could have very easily stayed in each night and cooked in the well appointed kitchen. But the middle of main st is literally a 3 min walk. Needless to say we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here if we come to Breck again which is very likely. The only slight negative for us was that the apartment upstairs had a herd of elephants as tenants…Thankyou for a really great stay… Breck as an overall resort was outstanding with a really relaxed and friendly vibe….. overall 10/10

Great location! Easy access to ski rentals, bus stops, and town! It's not officially ski in, but just a short walk from the end of the 4 o'clock run, so close enough! Set up and size of the condo is better than several we've stayed in before! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a great day of skiing! Will consider this condo again if we come to Breckenridge in future. Happy the condo is on the first floor!

This condo was lovely and just as pictured. A great space for parents and our three 6 foot tall sons. We enjoyed our short stay. Communication was great. One change that I would suggest is a keyless entry. With 5 of us skiing we came and went at different times and having only 2 keys made that a bit difficult. Also a King in the Master would be great and plenty of room for it!

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The property is in a great location! It is almost ski in (a very short walk from the end of the 4 o’clock to town run). Also can walk to the Snowflake lift but we found the free shuttle to be a quicker and easier option. Easy to walk to dinner and downtown in the evening. The steam shower was an added bonus. Very close to the hot tubs also.

Great location to downtown!

We had the best time in Breck! The condo was in the best location to walking anywhere. The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool! The only reason we gave an overall 4 star was because of the master bed. It was VERY uncomfortable (hard) and we had difficulty sleeping on it. This was disappointing after we had some exhausting excursions! Our kids had no problem with the other beds.

Location and comfort!

This is my second stay for a group ski trip. The space is perfect for 5 or less people. We can cook meals, watch a movie, or soak in the outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing. It’s a Gem!

Wonderful location and great condo!

Loved the location and the quality of this condo. It felt very spacious for our group of four. Tasteful decor, clean, and cozy! Short walk to the shuttle pick-up for the ski mountain. Very close to the 4-o'clock run. And prime location for walking the main street. Love the hot tub setting with two tubs and open top. Would definitely stay here again.

Great snow trip

Me and my older kids (17 and 21) stayed here for a week. Having been to Breck last year we were keen to stay somewhere with good lift access and close to town, with separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids. This place fitted the bill perfectly. It is an older style property but that means more spacious with lots of room. The amenities were great, and the steam shower an unexpected bonus! Excellent for sore muscles! The only small suggestion would be a drying rack, as the hooks by the door don't really provide enough room to dry 3 people's gear. Communication with the owners was very straightforward and the check in easy. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

We have been enjoying Colorado for over 30 years. We have family that live year-round in Breck and Dillon. We have always been enchanted by the mountains, both in winter and in summer. Our two children have grown up spending many ski and summer seasons playing in this wonderful environment. Our son went to college in Colorado because he liked it so much. He remains in Colorado raising his own family.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose Park Place for our second home and vacation rental because of its ideal location. The center of town is just a block across the street and over the Blue river. You can sit on the balcony and hear the music from River Walk Center, a beautiful cultural events center for the town. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, art galleries, shops, the Snowflake lift, and even the Gondola. The Gondola is free to ride up to Peak 8 base in the summer. Keep your camera ready for moose sightings!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our unit is on the first floor and very close to the hot tubs compared to other units. Easy to come home to without having to climb multiple flights of stairs at the end of a fun day of skiing or other adventures. This is important to note since there are no elevators in Park Place.
