This spacious first floor unit is walking distance to the center of town, and the ski lift, and centrally located in Breckenridge. Amenities include a private wash/dryer, stonewall gas fireplace, and private balcony. There are two on site hot tubs, very close to the front door of this unit. The unit also has an outside locking ski storage closet.

This warmly furnished unit features two roomy bedrooms and two baths arranged in two private suites. The layout of this unit is a great setup for multiple families sharing the unit or larger families. It sleeps 6 with a Queen in the master suite, and a Queen, and twin bunk beds, in the second suite with a TV.

This is a warm, embracing condo in the perfect location for enjoying Breckenridge. Just 2 blocks from the Snowflake Lift, at the bottom of Four O’clock ski run and one block from the center of Breckenridge where you can shop, dine, explore the galleries and enjoy the nightlife. During the summer months, you can hear the live music from River Walk Center while sitting on our balcony.

Across the street from Park Place, you can catch the Town Trolley for roaming around Breckenridge or the Summit Stage which will take you to Keystone or Copper Mountain ski areas as well as the other Summit County communities – all for FREE. The Town Trolley can take you to the indoor recreation center where you can enjoy the swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing, tennis, racquetball and fitness center.

Covered parking is available at Park Place and, we furnish a free parking permit pass for your stay at our Unit.

About The Owner

We have been enjoying Colorado for more than 20 years. We have family that live year-round in Breck and Dillon. We have always been enchanted by the mountains, both in winter and in summer. Our two children have grown up spending many ski and summer seasons playing in this wonderful environment. Our son went to college in Colorado because he liked it so much.

Why The Owner chose Breckenridge

We chose Park Place for our second home and vacation rental because of its ideal location. The center of town is just a block across the street and over the Blue river. You can sit on the balcony and hear the music from River Walk Center, a beautiful cultural events center for the town.

What makes this condo unique

First floor unit and, everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, art galleries, shops, and, the Snowflake lift and the new Gondola. The Gondola is free to ride up to Peak 8 base in the summer. Keep your camera ready for moose sightings!

Great Location, Nice Place!

Close to everywhere we wanted to be. Great places to eat within a few blocks. Bus stop to lift was across to street. Buses ran every 15 minutes and took just a few minutes to snowflake lift. Skied back on o'clock trail across the street at the end of day. The place had everything except soap, shampoo etc. we have had at other comparable rentals. This would not have been a problem if we knew to bring it.

Lots of things to love

The layout of this place is really great - perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to stretch out. The heat was a little hot/cold (literally). We never did get it to be the right temp, but we were always able to warm it up quickly if it got too cold. The fireplace worked great for that. The hot tub was very close and nice. It was super easy to ski down the hill and we found that taking the bus up to Beaver Run was the best access to get on the hill. And, it was a very short walk to town. Overall, we had a great time here!

Comfortable and convenient

The condo worked well for 4 adults and one kid. It is very convenient to downtown restaurants and shops. Also a park nearby for the child to play in the snow. Skied home within a block of the front door. Ski out was a simple shuttle ride. Condo was well equipped for cooking in. Only negatives were the bed was very hard and the upstairs neighbors could be heard, even late at night. Overall a very nice place for the money. I would stay again.
