This spacious First Floor unit is centrally located in Breckenridge with easy walking distance to the center of town, and only a short uphill walk to the Snowflake lift. Amenities include a well stocked kitchen, a private wash/dryer, stonewall gas fireplace, and private balcony. There are two on site hot tubs as well as access to the Upper Village pool. The unit also has an outside locking ski storage closet.
This warmly furnished unit has new carpet and LR furniture and features two roomy bedrooms and two baths arranged as two private suites. The layout of this unit is a great setup for multiple families sharing the unit or larger families. It sleeps 6 with a Queen in the master suite, and a Queen, and twin bunk beds, in the second suite with a TV.
This is a warm, embracing, FIRST FLOOR condo, in the perfect location for enjoying Breckenridge. Just 2 blocks from the Snowflake Lift, at the bottom of Four O’clock ski run and one block from the center of Breckenridge where you can shop, dine, explore the galleries and enjoy the nightlife.
Across the street from Park Place, you can catch the Town Trolley for roaming around Breckenridge or the Summit Stage which will take you to Keystone or Copper Mountain ski areas as well as the other Summit County communities – all for FREE. The Town Trolley can take you to the indoor recreation center where you can enjoy the swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing, tennis, racquetball and fitness center.
Covered parking is available at Park Place and, we furnish a free parking permit pass for your stay at our Unit.

Nicely furnished and supplied condo. Really close to town and easy walk to local eateries and bars. Short walk to the bus to drive you up to hill to Snowflake lift, and a short walk off 4 O'clock. Owner was very responsive.
The condo was delightful. Nicely stocked, beautifully decorated, conveniently located and perfect for our first trip to Breckenridge. Looking forward to visiting again!
The location cannot be beat. Truly ski-in and just down the road from a lift. Right across the street from Main Street for dining and shopping. Very clean and well kept property.
This was the 2nd Time we stayed here, and it was equally great for us. The location is perfect! It's a short walk to town for great restaurants and shops. We rented skis across the street at Christy Sports, and caught the bus just a short walk from the condo to easily get to the slopes! Will stay here again.
This was our second time staying at this property over the last two years and we love it! Great space for everyone to have some privacy, close to the Snowflake lift, easy for skiers to ski back, very close to Main street. The property is very clean and has everything you need. The hosts are wonderful at communicating!

My husband and I decided to re-live our honeymoon and brought the kids. The vacation was everything we dreamed and more. This property was perfect. Perfect location, perfect size, and so comfy!
Location is key and this place did not disappoint. Close the hot tubs, close to the bus stop and literally can ski right to the condo and cross the street. Close to town and the slopes. My kids enjoyed the games and I LOVED that so many amenities were there. Having things like salt and pepper, oil, simple cooking supplies and esp coffee!!! When arriving on Sunday night the fact that there was coffee around for use is a HUGE perk for me.
Good location to Snowflake Lift and bus stop. Town is very short easy walk. Hot tubs are nice and unit is overall very useful and accommodating. I would only suggest upgrading the TV to a larger one and maybe add ones to the bedrooms. Also a grill on the patio would be nice.
This is my second stay for a group ski trip. The space is perfect for 5 or less people. We can cook meals, watch a movie, or soak in the outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing. It’s a Gem!
Loved the location and the quality of this condo. It felt very spacious for our group of four. Tasteful decor, clean, and cozy! Short walk to the shuttle pick-up for the ski mountain. Very close to the 4-o'clock run. And prime location for walking the main street. Love the hot tub setting with two tubs and open top. Would definitely stay here again.
Really enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The property is in a great location! It is almost ski in (a very short walk from the end of the 4 o’clock to town run). Also can walk to the Snowflake lift but we found the free shuttle to be a quicker and easier option. Easy to walk to dinner and downtown in the evening. The steam shower was an added bonus. Very close to the hot tubs also.

We have been enjoying Colorado for over 30 years. We have family that live year-round in Breck and Dillon. We have always been enchanted by the mountains, both in winter and in summer. Our two children have grown up spending many ski and summer seasons playing in this wonderful environment. Our son went to college in Colorado because he liked it so much. He remains in Colorado raising his own family.
Why they chose this property
We chose Park Place for our second home and vacation rental because of its ideal location. The center of town is just a block across the street and over the Blue river. You can sit on the balcony and hear the music from River Walk Center, a beautiful cultural events center for the town. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, art galleries, shops, the Snowflake lift, and even the Gondola. The Gondola is free to ride up to Peak 8 base in the summer. Keep your camera ready for moose sightings!
What makes this property unique
Our unit is on the first floor and very close to the hot tubs compared to other units. Easy to come home to without having to climb multiple flights of stairs at the end of a fun day of skiing or other adventures. This is important to note since there are no elevators in Park Place.
