Experience the best of Breckenridge in this newly listed 2-bedroom 2-bath condo just steps away from the Quicksilver Chair Lift and beautiful Down Town Breckenridge. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and large dinning table ready for a delicious meal or a fun game night. The open floor plan offers a large, comfortable space to enjoy with your friends and family. The unit has all new linens and pillows and big comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. 4 Hot tubs and pool on sight. One reserved parking spot and ski lockers are located in the parking garage. A small outdoor parking lot is available for first come, first serve parking (no campers or trailors). Guest should be comfortable using stairs. This is a 2 level unit with a set of stairs between the 1st and 2nd level. There are no elevators in the building.

This two bedroom two bath has everything! Beautiful, vaulted ceilings, and sunny with a view! The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice and updated. Also, the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need! Highly recommend!

The location was excellent. Just a hop skip and a jump to the lift, the accommodations were excellent, beds comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything you can imagine. Living area spacious. The host was very responsive to questions. Hot tubs were a bit of a walk though but were very very nice after a day of skiing.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location is fantastic. Super easy walk to Quicksilver & Main Street. Kristin is very responsive & made us feel very welcomed. Check in & out was super easy. With all the different options to stay in Breck, we’ll likely stay here during our next trip out.

The condo was perfect. Kitchen and Bathrooms were stocked with everything you'd need. Walking distance to Quicksilver Lift and the town was a huge plus!! Parking spaces in the garage were a little tight for larger vehicles, but the parking lot was much easier.

We had a great stay at this condo for many reasons. The space was laid out well with the open floor plan upstairs so you don't feel cut off from the dining and living rooms while in the kitchen. The upstairs gets a lot of natural light because of the large windows in the living room as well as the skylights at the top of the vaulted ceilings. The views out the living room windows are great.We also loved the location since it was a quick walk across the street to the Quicksilver chairlift. It's also very close to Main Street Station, the Village, and downtown Breck. All easily walkable.The hot tubs were clean and roomy - perfect for a good soak after skiing.The space was quiet and cozy, but not cramped.There are also small amenities that we enjoyed, like wireless phone chargers in the bedrooms, towels for the hot tubs, an eclosed parking garage and a ski locker for our gear.There is a trundle bed in one of the bedrooms as well as a pull out sleeper sofa, so there are plenty of sleeping options.We couldn't be happier with our experience and we are excited to stay there again!

We are excited to have recently purchased this unit in Breckenridge! We will always strive to provide a great vacation rental and hope that you enjoy the unit as much as we do. Your booking contact will be Kristin, who is a long time family friend. Her and her family have been year round Breckenridge resident for the past 10 years and live in the same neighborhood as this condo. We were sold on this unit primarily because of it's amazing location but also because of the parking garage and it being a top floor unit with no noise above us.
