This charming home is nestled close to Lake LBJ, in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas. Get out and enjoy the radiant Texas sunshine when you utilize the neighborhood park across the street where you can swim, dock a boat, or just hang out. You'll be within walking distance of Two Lake Parks, where you can launch your kayak or swim. Hike at Longhorn Cavern State Park and Inks Lake State Park, or practice your swing at Legends Golf Course and Delaware Springs Golf Course.

When you're ready to relax, head inside your stay, where you'll quickly take notice of the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The chef of your family will have no issues whipping up delicious dishes amongst the ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. While they're doing so, you can lounge on the soft sofa and tune into your favorite show or movie.

On particularly beautiful days, get outside and utilize the gas grill and the covered outdoor dining for sweet summer barbecues. Also, in this space, relish having access to a private hot tub and cornhole!

Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated and adorned with plush linens, ensuring everyone's comfort. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
