This tastefully designed retreat features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Ideal for families or groups of friends, "Due East" promises a blend of comfort, convenience, and contemporary sophistication.

On the main floor, discover a lavish king bedroom with a private bathroom. The heart of the home - a fully-equipped kitchen - is tailored for your culinary adventures, connecting seamlessly to the dining and living areas. A convenient laundry room enhances the home's functionality. Venturing upstairs, find the plush master bedroom with a panoramic view of the Sound, complete with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower for an added layer of privacy. The third bedroom, perfect for kids or teens, or adults and features cozy, built-in pyramid bunk beds (double on the bottom, twin on top), each accompanied by an ensuite bathroom.

"Due East" maintains a fresh and allergen-free environment, upholding a non-smoking and pet-free policy. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, a Saturday turnover applies. Convenient covered parking is available for a boat or jet-ski trailer. If trailer does not fit, it will need to be stored off-site for a fee. There is no protected slip offered with this home.
