The little beach house is a bright and airy duplex just 1.5 blocks from the beach, walking distance to the pier and a short drive to the port! Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Our home is ideal for multiple families or larger groups. We have thoughtfully equipped our home so you’ll find you have everything you need during your stay. Just bring your swimsuit! We look forward to hosting your next stay on the space coast!This listing is to rent both sides of a Duplex. Each home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. They are not joined from the inside. The gate separating the backyard space can be opened for easy access to both yards.Primary Bedrooms--King size bed with extra pillows and soft white cotton sheets layered with a lightweight duvet-3 drawer dresser-Spacious closet stocked with extra blankets, pack and play and baby chairSecondary Bedrooms--Queen size bed with two fluffy pillows and white cotton sheets layered with a lightweight duvet-Twin size bed with one standard pillow, white cotton sheets and a lightweight duvet-Desk and comfortable swivel office chair-Full length mirror-3 drawer nightstandGarages:-Washer-DryerOther complimentary items available but are not guaranteed -6 adult Beach cruisers, one child bicycle suitable for teen, 1 baby-toddler seat for bicycle-8 Beach chairs-Beach umbrellas-Beach Wagons-Beach coolers-Baby Sun Shades-Beach toys (sand toys, boogie boards, paddle boards, corn hole etc.)One of our favorite features of the home is the backyard spaces. They provide ample shade under the pergola during the morning and afternoon sun. Enjoy your coffee or a book in the ultra comfy outdoor seating. There is also an outdoor fire pit with a large comfy sectional to enjoy a rocket launch! Our home is one level with no stairs which provides easy access for children and elderly. Routine Lawn Maintenance and Care- If using outdoor cushions and amenities we require you to cover furniture with the covers provided each night and clean out the grill and fire pit after each use.There are 2 gas grills on site (Propane included) and pack and play and high chair are available upon request.There is a 8 ft gate in the backyard that joins both back yard spaces together.Other things to note:Maximum 8 adults per booking. Or 4 adults, 8 small kids in total. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted. Must be 24+ yrs to book. No parties or events. No pets allowed.No smoking or vaping on premise.We make every effort to ensure that your stay is effortless and enjoyable!
