Nice house

We had family coming in for our son's wedding. This house was perfect for our needs. The theatre/game room were an added bonus. We would recommend this VRBO to others.

This rental worked well for our 3 night stay; the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained with lots of native birds in the area. We did encounter three cockroaches in various areas of the kitchen, but was informed (below) that's normal for Florida - just a surprise to us as we are from northern US."There are lots of cockroaches, snakes, & lizards in Florida that naturally live here. It’s a hot weather climate. This is natural for Florida.Tgat being said, the house is super clean, with no food source in it..as it is empty for -------- guests & my cleaner is super thorough. My cleaner makes sure the house is empty for every guest."

The bifold doors where the washer and dryer are at was not connected right they was off track and the dining room area where the three sliding doors are at we're real hard to slide

Nice place!

Clean and nice home, my only concern was that the third bedroom listed was a sleeper sofa in the theater room. Which mind you was nice! We just didn’t realize from the listing. We needed three bedrooms due to my toddler needing his own room. It was very convenient for us and we would book again. Just wanted to make aware for larger parties that if you are counting on that to be a bed room everyone will be hanging in there till late. Host was kind and responsive with few issues and questions we had.

Great house, great location

We were in town for my mother-in-law’s celebration of life. My sister-in-law and her family stayed with us. The house comfortably held our group of 5: 4 adults and a 16 yr old. One bedroom is separate from the others and is set up like a theater. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was nicely appointed with many appliances and cutlery. The neighborhood is very quiet. The large, fenced backyard would be perfect for dogs. C’s Waffles is nearby for breakfast or lunch, locally owned, and Monster Pizza is next door to them. Numerous other restaurants close by. Try Colt’s Pig Stand for BBQ! Within 1-2 hrs drive to either coast, @ 45 minutes to Disney World, Universal Sudios, or Orlando International Airport. Alex, the host, was quick in communicating with us. We will definitely book this house again in the future!

Convenient

The house was very clean and organized. It had games that the kids really enjoyed. The kitchen was very well supplied for everyday cooking needs. The location wasnt the greatest but still close to some places to take the kids to have fun at. We wanted to stay near some friends located a few mins from the house. There is a Publix 5 mins from the house which was very convenient. Overall, our stay there was comfortable.
