House is one block from the beach. Guests will be able to use 2 floors (2nd and 3rd floors) of this 3 floor house. Entrance is on the second floor via external stairs. First floor is a separate unit/address. Each floor has a balcony with unobstructed view of the beach. Internet/Wifi is available. Accommodates 4 adults with 2 children. Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars. Two blocks away from Casa Marina and one block away from Margaritaville.

Location was great, had almost everything in the kitchen except no baking sheet.. roasting pan only but otherwise well stocked. No shampoo or shower soap. Wear and tear on some things, but overall the host was extremely responsive and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend

I loved this property, location was great house was clean and tidy, plenty of available kitchen wares. Loved the 3 decks on the property, pretty much where I stayed, watching waves and relaxing. The view from all 3 decks is stunning, watching the sunrise over the ocean from the master bedroom leaves lasting memories. everything about the house is absolutely wonderful.

It was clean, but dated. The description of the property was accurate. The stairs made it very difficult to maneuver our luggage in and out of the condo. I was in Jacksonville for eye surgery, so I was not able to lift anything, so my husband had to transport everything. We particularly enjoyed the balcony off the living space with a nice view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient.

The place is located in a good area but it was noisy at night due to proximity of the neighbors. A fight broke out across the street at 6 am one morning. The disturbance caused a call to police and two squad cars showed up. You could see all of this from the balcony. It is a very dated unit, and no bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. Water pressure was very low. I felt the place needed a little TLC.
