The complex has tennis courts and pickle ball, and the community pool and hot tub are a great way to wind down after a long day of enjoying all Sedona has to offer.
Guest Access: You’ll enter the complex, where there are plenty of parking spots for guests. The unit is on the second (top) floor, so no worries of hearing footsteps from an upstairs neighbor.
The Neighborhood: Located south of central Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek is home to some of Sedona's top hiking trails and one of the city's most iconic attractions: the Chapel of the Holy Cross.
Cruising down the Red Rock Scenic Byway or AZ-179 is quite the experience. When you exit off of Interstate 17, turn left and follow the winding road. From there, red rocks will quickly come into view and make this one of the most memorable drives you’ll ever take. The rest of this winding road is punctuated by red rocks and blue sky all around you. The road ends in central Sedona.
The Village of Oak Creek is home to some of Sedona’s most recognizable red rock formations including this trail’s namesake, Bell Rock. If you’re searching for a meandering relatively easy hike that includes wide open spaces and one of Sedona’s most iconic red rocks, this is the trail for you. You’ll see Bell Rock almost immediately after you start your hike. Begin your trail at the Little Horse Trailhead and finish at Bell Rock Trailhead for a hike that’s 3.6 miles one way.
Courthouse Butte is another one of the most iconic red rock formations in town, and its titular hike offers up plenty of red rock views. This moderate 4.5-mile loop will take you around the base of, you guessed it, Courthouse Butte. At the midway point, your views will include Courthouse Butte and Lee Mountain and stretch all the way to Capitol Butte, Cockscomb and even Robbers Roost.
Cathedral Rock – the most-photographed red rock in the town – is one of Sedona’s most iconic hikes. If you want to hike Cathedral Rock, be prepared for a tough jaunt that’s just over one mile. You’ll be hiking up a steep trail and will occasionally have to get on your hands and knees to reach the end of this trail. But like most difficult hikes, the views here are beautiful and make all the effort worth it.
Getting Around: Parking is available for guests in the condo parking lot.
Other Things to Note: We have a list in the condo of all of our favorite hikes, trails, restaurants and more.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Everything about this rental was perfect down to the smallest of details. Location couldn’t have been better for hikes we took every day! Our hosts were great, can’t wait to come back.
We love Sedona and travel there a few times a year. We have stayed in this complex before, great location and amenities first time in Kevins units but will not be our last. I am working on our next trip and we will be staying here again.
Beautiful condo with friendly, quiet neighbours in the perfect location for exploring Sedona. Clark’s Market just across the road is super helpful if self-catering. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
It’s a nicely remodeled place, with plenty of room for our family. Great location - marker right across street. Would stay again. Great communication from owner.
Close to Sedona and easy to navigate. Just outside the busy tourist area. Pool looked brand new! Loved the hot tub also. The room itself was nice. A few minor issues but all in all was good.
Location can not be beat in Oak Creek, with an updated condo and caring owners. Beds are super comfy and condo is stocked with all to meet vacation stay. Personal notes re restaurants, favorite trails and tips were appreciated.
My family with kids absolutely loved our stay. The condo is well decorated with style and a sense of calm. Our hosts were very thoughtful and considerate and communicated regularly to ensure our satisfaction. The condo grounds were well maintained and the pool was perfect to relax, refresh, and play in. Absolutely a wonderful stay.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! Please come back next time you are in Sedona.
This rental has everything you will need to enjoy the Sedona area, The kitchen has the essentials and the beds are comfortable for sleeping. The rental has plenty of space to relax after a day on the trails. The pool and spa area is close and were very relaxing. The host provided quick and accurate communication. We look forward to staying at this location during a future trip to Sedona.
My two sisters and I stayed for one night after taking the Verde Canyon Railroad. It was FAR too short. We will go next year, hopefully, and stay again. The owners are amazing, so helpful and the condo is so BEAUTIFUL. Highly recommend!!! Not a chance you will be disappointed.
The condo is even nicer than it appears in photos, plus there are two hot tubs, one adjacent to the pool which is hot and one that is next to the tennis courts that's extra hot, which was fantastic after a long hike. All the things one might need were provided in the condo, including some perks like a blender, several kinds of coffee makers, games, books, shampoos, lots of towels, etc. The furnishings are new and nice. It's extremely clean. The porch was very comfortable and relaxing. The grounds were landscaped in a very nice way. A grocery store, restaurants and other shops are just steps away. Many lovely hiking trails within a 5-10 minute drive. Nice to be away from the Sedona traffic and crowds and closer to the Phoenix airport than Sedona is. Overall, a wonderful stay. Oh, and communication with the owner was prompt, kind and helpful.
