Welcome to Meadowlark 2, a comfortable 4-bedroom Sunriver vacation home designed for families and friends who want space to gather, unwind, and enjoy Central Oregon with ease. Whether you are planning a summer adventure, a long weekend escape, or a relaxed family retreat, this home offers the convenience, comfort, and location guests look for in a Sunriver stay. Enjoy 10 unlimited use Sharc passes for bookings in 2026!

Inside, the home is warm and welcoming, with an easy-flow layout that gives everyone room to spread out. The main living area is ideal for gathering after a day on the trails, with comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere for movie nights, board games, or quiet mornings with coffee. The kitchen is well equipped for family meals, casual breakfasts, and easy dinners at home, while the dining space keeps everyone connected.

Bedrooms: The main level features two king bedrooms that share a full bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs are two bunk bedrooms. Bedroom one has two twin over twin bunk beds, bedroom two has a pyramid bunk with a twin over queen configuration. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower over tub.

Step outside and enjoy the fresh Sunriver air. Spend your mornings on the bike paths, your afternoons exploring nearby recreation, and your evenings relaxing at the home after a full day in Central Oregon. Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub, or steam away your worries in the sauna. Sunriver’s year-round activities are close at hand, including biking, hiking, golf, dining, shopping, the Deschutes River, and easy day trips to Bend and Mt. Bachelor.

Meadowlark 2 delivers the kind of simple, comfortable Sunriver stay guests return to: enough space for the whole group, a convenient location, and the relaxed pace that makes Central Oregon so memorable.

Dog-friendly for up to two pups (fee applies), this home is your basecamp for Sunriver adventure and relaxation.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great stay

House was perfect for our families, fenced in deck was great for dogs so we could relax outside and the dogs couldn’t run off.

Beautiful and peaceful spot! It worked out perfect for my young family and my parents. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was just a short bike to town and had easy and breathtaking walks around the water and golf course. Highly recommend!

Golf Course and Mountain View

Our family had a great stay. Good separation of space, nicely equipped, and very clean. The cruisers were perfect for our mixed age family. It was fun watching golfers and wildlife. Would definitely stay again!

Great place. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and spacious home. Nice hot tub and large driveway for multiple cars. Bikes were nice and rideable. Communal areas were large and the deck and grill were great. The indoor sauna was a nice surprise after a long day of activities. Bathrooms were very nice and kitchen was great. Would stay here again!

Peaceful Paradise!

We stayed here over the summer and it was absolutely perfect in every way! We had multiple generations here and it was so enjoyable for everyone. The view out the kitchen/dining/living room was stunning and all the walking paths were close by and were so peaceful and beautiful. It was a short and flat bike into the village. We loved the well stocked kitchen too! Perfect place and location!

Great Sunriver Getaway

Lovely home in an ideal location, with every thing you need for a Sunriver vacation. well stocked kitchen, lots of room and a great view of the 5th fairway. A real gem! Well managed with responsive property manager. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful week in the Meadowlark house. Great location on the golf course. Deck is fenced which helped with a toddler and our dog. We loved the bikes and SHARC passes - used them every day. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Like most rentals, the knives aren't sharp - easy to fix by bringing a sharpener. The property management was the best I've ever dealt with, and we've rented dozens of homes. Overall a fantastic experience - Sunriver is a perfect family vacation spot!
