This downstairs lock-off studio includes a spacious bedroom with a Queen size bed, cozy fireplace, Desk and smart TV. The Master Bathroom has beautiful granite countertops, a walk in shower, and a large soaking tub. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or standard drip coffee maker. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes and flatware to make your stay comfortable. Dine outside on the private patio or walk just outside of the patio to a community pool, steps away. Enjoy everything that Legacy Villas has to offer!
Full Access to Legacy Villas Amenities including 12 sparkling swimming pools, a large fitness center and clubhouse!
Enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!
