If you like a fun filled family vacation resort, Ocean Lakes is the place for you. Imagine turning the kids loose for hours knowing they are in the security of a gated community with 24 hour security.

U31 was built in 2010 at the end of a quiet street not far from the main entrance. If you enjoy rocking on a nice shaded porch with a hot cup of coffee on a cool summer morning then you will love U31 Crane.

With numerous upgrades, this three bedroom on stilts is very warm and inviting. Some of these upgrades include solid wood doors and cabinets, upgraded nickel plated faucets, wall mounted televisions in all bedrooms and den, and hardwood floors throughout the house. The kitchen is fully furnished with seating for two at the bar and four at the table. If additional seating is needed, there is an outdoor table with five chairs on the deck. Both bathrooms are spacious with tub shower combinations. Recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings give the den and kitchen the appearance of a high end property.

Add in the availability of four car parking, an outdoor grill, and plenty of downstairs seating, wi-fi, and there will be no wonder why you hate leaving.

We started vacationing at Ocean Lakes in a camper when my children were small and fell in love with the place. In 2010 we decided to buy this newly constructed home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Ocean Lakes is one of the nations premier campgrounds. It boasts one mile of beach front property. With gated entrances, and all the amenities you can imagine, most folks find no need to leave the campground during their stay.

What makes this house unique

This house has a great layout and a huge porch at the end of a quiet street. From the front porch you will have a birds eye view of the people coming and going from the campground with the serenity of being near the end of a dead end street.

Quiet, Relaxing and perfect place to be when u wanna get away but still close to the excitement!!

Thanks again Tim!! This place was perfect because it's close enough to the fun stuff without being on top of everything. Traffic was minimal. The kids had plenty of room to throw the ball and ride bikes. We enjoyed The golf cart and grill not to count the big deck space. We loved it and can't wait to go back!!! Plus Tim was very quick to answer when we needed him. Pack your clothes, sheets and towels cause that's all you need to stay at U31. We will be back!!

Clean, comfy house, we loved the community, free golf cart use and the sand volleyball courts!

Spent a long weekend at this rental during the low season while hitting all the activities in Myrtle Beach. House was clean and the area quiet. Enjoyed riding around the community in the golf cart and playing sand volleyball by the ocean. Tim was easy to work with. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable

This is the first time we have stayed at Oceanlakes in many years. It has really changed. Our rental was clean and comfortable. Everything seem to work properly. It was nice to have a golf car because some areas are closed to car traffic in the evening and the beach, store and pool are a good distance away. We had a question about wi-fi access when we arrived and were able to contact the owner immediately. The only complaint I may have is, it is quite some distance to the beach, otherwise it was a very nice place to stay .

U31 Crane Ocean Lakes 2013

Awesome...quite space & street! Had all the amenities we needed! Loved our stay & hated to leave! Clean house! Had a great time! When we plan another trip to OL's we will definitely look this place up again! The owner was very nice to work with us on scheduling! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
