Just across the street from the beach, this newly renovated open concept 2nd floor condo in a quiet two-story building with large balcony overlooking a courtyard is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with loved ones. Our space is complete with the necessities to make you feel at home while having a great beach vacation. Kitchen stocked with cooking essentials and settings for 8 encourages dining in. Sliding glass walls dividing the living space from the balcony can be opened to create a breezy indoor/outdoor vibe instantly. Clean, peaceful king bedroom with flatscreen tv. Second bedroom has a full over full-size bunk bed and a separate twin bed with a small desk to work (if you must). Large closets with hangers and shelves in both bedrooms. Air conditioners and fans in both bedrooms and living space to keep you cool. The entryway/laundry room combo with brand new washer and dryer makes beach trips easier along with rolling cooler, beach chairs, towels, life vests, sand toys, etc. Free gated parking space for 1 vehicle included and plenty of free street parking. Eateries, supermarkets, pharmacies, and night life within walking distance. This ideal beach town destination caters to all types of sand and sun lovers. Our condo is across the street from Playa Azul which is great for swimming, relaxing in the shade of palm trees, snorkeling, building sandcastles, paddle boarding, kite surfing, and kayaking. There are several other beaches along the 12 walkable miles of coastline that have their own special qualities such as calm waters and Los Kioskos at Balneario La Monserrate or great surfing at La Pared. If you’re up for a short drive and an adventure (and some of the best food) El Yunque National Rainforest is less than a 15 min away and our family has 2 restaurants there 😁. Carabalí, Ponylandia, Fajardo Bio Bay and Ceiba Ferry to Vieques and Culebra are only a 10-30 min drive. Only 33 miles from SJU airport.

Excellent stay!

We had the best time at this cute condo that’s a 2-min walk from a gorgeous beach!! The condo is comfortable, roomy, and beautifully decorated. A short drive to El Yunque made it an ideal location. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We had a fantastic experience with our stay. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. We had a hard time finding the building because the signs had been taken off in the hurricanes, but once there, check in and check it was a breeze. It is a great condo a short walk from the beach. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Close to great beach

The apartment is very light and airy and the interior is so much better than the exterior. Bed is super comfortable. Naomi was easy to reach and accomadated us when we needed to add an extra night. Great location.

Comfortable home, Amazing Beach

We had a wonderful time here. The home was well stocked with everything you'd need for some fun at the beach which is a very short walk away. We had a great time snorkeling and also got to watch a turtle release on the shore. Truly unbelievable!

Apartment is nice and clean. very close to beach just across the road. Quite neighborhood. We stayed with kids, loved it. They pretty much have everything we need, even toys for kids, beach chairs, mat etc., we highly recommend this place for family with kids.

Our family stayed a week and we fell in love with the neighborhood and the locals! It’s in walking distance to the ocean and close to so much! The condo itself, is gated and is in a very quiet complex. It accommodated all of needs and the hosts were amazing! We felt like we were home and they made us feel welcomed and treated us like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! And we will definitely be back!

The owners are very communicative and will answers any questions witching minutes. Very clean, comfortable beds, cold A/C. The best thing for us is that the beach is around 1 minute walking distance from the apartment.

It's a hidden gem! Luquillo boasts some of the best beaches on the island and yet it remains less touristy and crowded than most other town. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies, but it still has an authentic, charming, local, laidback beach vibe that is unmatched. Plus it is located less 15-30 minutes from some of the best sightseeing, activities, and the airport!

Just across from the beach, our condo is newly renovated and furnished with brand new mattresses, bedding, washer and dryer, furniture, beach gear, kitchenware, etc. Open concept, clean, and minimalist design. Quiet building and neighborhood. Come make yourself at home!
