About this property

Summary:
Newer construction rental in the heart of Chicago's Ukrainian Village, designated the "hottest neighborhood" in America in 2016. Gorgeous, architecturally significant, 4-unit building built in 2017. 1,600 SF unit has 4-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms with stunning contemporary finishes and 2 balconies to enjoy the outdoors. Hardwood floors throughout. True master suite with full double-vanity bath, walk-in-closet and its own private balcony. In-unit washer/dryer.

The Space:
Our home consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has it's own balcony, bathroom, king bed and walk-in closet. The three other bedrooms include queen size beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen bed. The balcony in the front offers a great view and great sunlight. Roof-top deck is common area and offers panoramic Chicago skyline views.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 1600 sq ft apartment + two balconies + rooftop deck with amazing skyline views.

The Neighborhood:
West Town is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Chicago and the home also boarders Wicker Park. Both towns offer some of the best nightlife, bars, and choices for food. Enjoy easy access to a Marianos right across the street (literally) from our home.

Getting Around:
Easy to call Uber's or the 66 bus stops right out front out Damen Ave.

Other Things to Note:
This is one of the best locations in Chicago and central to everything the city has to offer. Many great bars, restaurants, and stores nearby.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will be able to checkin by themselves but our entire team will be on standby if anything is needed.

5 star property in a great location!

My first and maybe biggest compliment is that this property is in a terrific neighborhood! It is well appointed, spotless when we arrived, odor free, and extremely secure. The beds are more comfortable than any I have experienced anywhere, outside of my own home. There are countless (GOOD) places to eat in any direction you take. We walked to, and enjoyed several fantastic dining experiences during our 4-day stay. A full scale grocery store is also located directly across the street. A first rate 5-star property top to bottom! We did experience some noisy renters in the unit above us that made getting to sleep a little challenging, but the property owners jumped into action immediately after we alerted them, kept in contact with us while the issue was at hand, and ultimately resolved the matter to our complete satisfaction.

Great for family gatherings

Great property in the heart of a vibrant area of Chicago - perfect for family groups such as ours where different ages wanted to do different things at different times. The apartment is well stocked with more than the basics and the furniture is comfortable. Very well thought out property an excellent host who was extremely responsive at all times. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
