Our two-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin has a rich historical background. The cabin, built in 1892, is located in the heart of town and offers convenience and accessibility, while the large fenced yard provides ample space for entertaining and enjoying family gatherings. The mountain views add to the picturesque setting, and the presence of deer adds a touch of natural beauty and wildlife. The cabin's historic and rustic nature contributes to its unique character, offering a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. Our cabin is an idyllic retreat for those seeking a peaceful mountain getaway.

Not only is our home within walking distance of downtown Creede with its local restaurants, art galleries, shops, and the award-winning Creede Repertory Theater it is also right off the City of Creede's approved ATV route. It is the perfect location to ride numerous trail systems off of Bachelor Loop.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
