This classic home in a stunning vineyard setting combines with excellent hospitality to put this new vacation rental at the top of your list for a quality, relaxing stay in the Templeton/Paso Robles area. This three-story beauty provides a full bathroom on each level of the home, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The second floor has two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The third floor offers one bedroom with two twin beds and a large queen suite with two queen beds and a large sitting area with a game or work table. For an extra bonus, enjoy the comfortable bed on the fully screened porch! Evening fun is found around the outdoor fire pit with lots of guest seating provided. After your day spent discovering wineries nearby and venturing out for boutiques and restaurants in both Templeton and Paso Robles, return to relax in the hot tub or cozy up in front of two wood-burning stoves in the home. Comfort and quality are keynotes in this spacious vineyard-based home. Enjoy private walks on the tree-lined road through the vineyard and bring your bikes for rural rides. Cozy house for the family

Reviewer Comments: We celebrated my dad's 70th birthday with the family at this beautiful property. The house is cozy and has all the standard amenities that one can expect in a rental home. Our group's age ranged from the youngest being 3 to the oldest member being 70 and we all had a great time. There's enough paved pathway for walks within the property, a nice hot tub and a grassy area for yard games. We also appreciated the water filter, huge stock of coffee & tea, water cooler, plenty of fire wood, board games, clean dishes & utensils, towels and bathroom toiletries. It all added to a comfortable stay for all of us. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful Getaway

Charming cozy home for a large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 9 of us friends gathered here for our annual girls weekend and it was really an ideal home for our needs - ample rooms to hand out and gather in and nice outdoor spaces as well, all very private and with beautiful surroundings. One in our group even slept peacefully on the bed on the enclosed porch outside.Beds were comfortable and AC was a big bonus during our visit. 3 bathrooms were adequate overall, but renters should be aware there are only 2 showers.We did have a few issues getting into the property but the owner was readily available and quick to help.

It is a wonderful retreat beyond our expectations!

The house is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. We did not expect that we have two different outdoor seating area and the location was beyond our expectations. The first day we arrived on a clear day and the sun was setting just right in the back of the house. The view was breathtaking!

Beautiful Farmhouse Sanctuary

Judi’s property is stunning and spacious, and she was a joy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had a team of seven staying for work, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The front and back patios are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Watching the sunset over the vineyard from the jacuzzi is a dream. After seven days we didn’t want to leave.

Fun getaway with family and friends!

There were 3 couples + 4 young kids and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out (and AC throughout!). The venue was so beautiful and convenient - being right in the middle of a vineyard but not far from downtown Paso Robles. There was a slight hiccup with the power but both the owner and property management company were great with their response time & resolution. I would highly recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had a fantastic farmhouse vibe. There were lots of separate areas for individuals to gather all together or in smaller groups! The 6 of us had a great girl's weekend there! Highly recommend Sensorio for the night lights (get there before dark and walk around the grounds, then take the same walk after dark) and McPhee's in Templeton for dinner (recommended by the owner and she was spot on!). All the people we met everywhere we went were so very friendly and happy to provide recommendations! Location within about 20 - 30 min to lots of wineries.

Cozy and Quaint

Tons of space for a large group with multiple beds and seating areas. The views of the sunrise were gorgeous alongside the beautiful property and vineyard view. The coffee and kitchen set up had everything we needed for the weekend getaway. A little off the beaten path but not too far from the areas we wanted to visit. It's a bit older property, the shower heads definitely need to be updated to help with spray, etc. and there aren't screens on the windows so we didn't open them as much as we would have liked but otherwise overall had a great time.

The house is enchanted with the love that the owners have put into every space of this house. You can feel the vibe of peacefulness and relaxation when seating outside overlooking the vineyard, in the patio while rocking on the rocking chairs or laying on the hammock or anywhere inside the house by one of the two fireplaces or the library area. The kitchen is well equipped and inviting while spacious enough for cooking with the family or friends and eating on the long table sharing great memories and discussing ideas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beds and linens comfortable, there are plenty of towels for a large group, and the house is inmaculate. I can't wait to return to this very inspiring house.
