Located in the historic East Avenue district of Rochester, the townhouse is a quarter mile from Park Avenue, with all of its restaurants, bars, shops. It is less than a mile from the Strasenbourgh Planetarium and the Rochester Museum and Science Center. In the opposite direction, it is about 1.5 miles from Cobbs Hill Park.
