Nice well equipped place

great location. Nice place well equipped. There was no coffee there for first morning as promised - we left some for next guest. Good bed but the sheets are really worn and nubby. Grill did not have a lighter - we bought one and left it. I would stay there again. Very clean no bugs

Our stay was great. We enjoyed having our boat on the canal at the private dock on property. We were told the nearest boat ramp was MM 54, which is 33rd street, but there is a boat ramp right on Sandowski causeway. Randy (cannot remember the name of his business, but look for the boat ramp) was great and gave us needed advice for traversing the waters. We had a few maintenance issues we brought up to the very communicative staff. They sent someone over for the main issue right away. The rest of the minor issues we requested they work on after we leave. All homes need repairs from time to time, and these issues were because of home age; Nothing they won’t be able to fix for the next guest. Overall, we were pleased and would stay there again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and especially appreciated having your boat at the private dock during your visit. We also appreciate you sharing additional information about the nearby boat ramp and are glad Randy was able to provide helpful local guidance for navigating the waters. Thank you as well for bringing the maintenance items to our attention during your stay. We’re pleased our team was able to respond quickly to the primary concern, and we appreciate your understanding that occasional repairs are a normal part of maintaining a waterfront home. Your feedback helps us continue improving the experience for future guests. We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and service, and we would be honored to host you again on your next trip to the Florida Keys!

Overall nice

Nice home, wonderful neighbors, disappointed there was no ladder on dock to get in and out of my kayak. Beds were horrible, not comfortable at all, hard and lumpy.AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. Private beach and pool were nice.

This house was very clean and well stocked. Worked very well for my family of 4. I would definitely rebook. Did not get to use the beach club membership due to the sargassum, we did go down there and it would have been as described.
