It was cozy condo with a great location to the beach. We had everything we needed and having a shower connected by two bathrooms was a bonus. The key fob didn’t work for the pool which was a bummer . The host did try to help and the pool cleaner let us in one day.

This property was very clean and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. It was nice to spend a few dollars more than a hotel room for a stocked kitchen.

Perfect for what we were looking for!

We only had one hiccup upon arrival and Jody was timely and responsive and got it taken care of promptly and made it right. It was the perfect stay for us, and the location was great- we even extended our stay!

My fiance and I stayed there for 3 nights, it was great. Clean , very close to the beach and pier, and the host was great as well. Easy communication everything was smooth. Definitely highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at Carolina Beach.

my partner and i live in durham and were looking for a quick getaway to kick off the summer. this property was the perfect space for the two of us, extremely well appointed and well located. would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again !

The stay was wonderful overall. It was my understanding that the previous guest checked out late leaving the housekeeper scrambling to hurry. So, the place wasn't as clean. However, we felt safe and everything worked adequately.

They stay was ok and it looked like the owners have tried to update some things but I was disappointed that there was ceiling damage and the refrigerator was rusty. The pics on VRBO made it look much more modern.

Great area

Had a great stay here. Close to the beach was very nice. Parking wasn’t the greatest. One night there where no spots available so I had to park at the neighboring property and had to get up early to see if there was a spot for me to park. Parking definitely could have been better, but other than that, it was great. Thanka

The place could have been cleaner. Touch up paint could have been used on walls and baseboards. The decor and fixtures could be updated. The sliding glass door does not lock. Approximately to the beach was great.

Less then a block from the ocean!

Was easy to find and access to unit was easy. Perfect little place for a vacation get away. Pull out couch is very easy to use and extra bedding is available along with towels. Kitchen is well stocked with everyday essentials. Washer and dryer available in the unit which is much needed. Pool available behind the unit was ok but definitely needed to be maintained more. The other pool about a 2 minute walk was much better. Parking is hit or miss, only had one day we couldn’t park. The unit was very nice but could use a little TLC. Overall was pleased with our stay.

Condo very dated. Door wall entrance VERY much in need to be replaced. Very hard to open. Condo very dated with shotty paint job throughout. Bedroom dressers old and broken. Great location to beach and we enjoyed our stay despite the poor dated condition of condo.

The location is great. It was a 2 min walk to the beach but that was the only good thing about it. All of the kitchen utensils, plates, and glasses had to be rewashed before using. Some of the utensils had dried food left on them. The furniture is definitely worn and needs replacing. One of the reasons for picking this place was for the pool. Our key did not work the entire time. After multiple attempts of reaching out to the host, the problem was never solved. I will not rent from them again.
