We had a wonderful time at the cabin! You couldn't ask for a better location... Within walking distance to the chairlift at Mount Abram and a 15 minute drive to Sunday River! The house has everything you need for your stay and plenty of space for larger groups or families. We loved the hot tub and the ping pong table in the basement. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect for our stay with 3 families - from kitchen, living room, bath, bed rooms, game room, outdoor play, and hot tub. We stayed here for 3 nights and our goal was just to relax and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was prompt and supportive. Even they took care of very small unnoticeable things for the guests that made our stay very comfortable.

Summer Golf Trip

Awesome house, very clean and in a nice quiet area. Only 5 minutes to the lake and 10-15 minutes to Bethel. Host was very responsive and even went out of her way to ship back an item we left behind, thanks for hosting our yearly golf trip!

Beautiful, spacious chalet with a nice backyard

The house was very clean and airy which gave a nice atmosphere. It was easy to get to while still being out of the way for a nice weekend retreat. Megan was very quick to respond if we needed something and made us feel at home. Definitely would come here again!

The place was just as described. Super close to the ski spot we wanted to use, awesome hot tub, well stocked kitchen, multiple areas for hang outs so we could have kids in one space and adults in another. Safe area to take a walk as well. Close to a cute town with great restaurants. Fit all 4 cars we had. Host was very responsive with the only issue we had (which was needing the front stairs sanded). It was done almost immediately. Amazing.

Wonderful retreat

It was very clean and organized. there were plenty of supplies and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking (appliances and cookware). The beds are very comfortable and the TV's and amenities are easy to use. The property was remote but very cozy and it felt like you were safe and you had all you needed. I would recommend more towels ,especially hand towels and possible beach towels for the spa and water activities.

Great summer get away

Overall great place to stay. Access to the backyard is perfect and there is a lot to do (corn hole, hot tube, huge fire pit and half pipe). Properly is exactly as described. Bedding and towels are very clean. Property manager quickly responded to my questions ( that were already answered in the paperwork sent to me) but she was very helpful anyway. Stores, kayaking, trails and movie theater just down the street. I would highly recommend this property!

We've stayed at a few rental homes, this one was the best so far (: The location is relatively good, youre able to see a lot of the rustic charm the area has to offer. We appreciated the amenities, the privacy, and overall comfort and coziness. No complaints. Won over my critic spouse and our daughter had a lovely time as well.

My husbands John and I are lifelong Mainer's raising 2 young kiddos. We love being adventurous and spending time outdoors. We love enjoying great food and drink with friends and family. We are excited to share Rocky Lane Lodge as place for groups to gather and enjoy the the beauty of the Western Maine mountains and all that the area has to offer. The house is comfortable enough for 2-3 families to share. The back yard and game room offer ample room for kids to play.

We love this location in the Mt. Abram Village for it's proximity to he Westside lodge for convenient skiing, biking, and hiking along with the summer beer garden or loose boots lounge in the winter for food, drinks, and live music. It is also so convenient to the public boat access and beaches on the surrounding ponds. You can take a stroll through the village and catch glimpses of the nearby mountain ranges. Stop by Greenwood bean for delicious organic coffee beans (ground available too!). The Hub is an amazing amenity just down the road for sandwiches on fresh baked bread to to pick up a few groceries plus they have an excellent beer selection. The community access trail from the neighborhood connects you to Bethel by bike, x-country ski, ATV, etc.. Bethel is 10 minutes away for shopping and restaurants. Sunday River is 20 minutes away. And Frenchman's hole and Grafton Notch State Park are 30 minutes away.
