Beach access Cozy Cottage

This cozy little cottage located a half mile from Giants Neck beach includes a beach parking pass! Enjoy beach day's soaking up the sun at the private beach or sunset beach strolls. This wonderful cottage is equipped with a nice yard and fire pit where you can unwind for the evening. Including 2 comfortable bedrooms, an open concept living area and bright newly renovated kitchen with all the amenities you will need to enjoy a meal or cocktails with one another. Off street parking is provided.
The space
It features two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 people. One large bath and a small office setup with a desk and a chair. A fully equipped kitchen and island with 2 bar seats. The area off of the kitchen is equipped with 2 (or 4)chair table that soaks in the sunshine. A small patio with a table and 2 chairs looks out to the back yard. The firepit is surrounded with 4 chairs and all you will need to start a fire.

Cute Cottage

Cute and clean cottage with more than what we needed for our stay. Used beach pass for private access and hiked the park nearby. Would recommend for a relaxing time away.

Nice renovated cottage in CT beach town

We enjoyed the cottage and the Niantic-East Lyme area very much. Swimming and dining out was easily accessible. The area was remarkable for the stands and forested areas of multitudes of very tall, breautiful, healthy trees.

Great beach cottage!

My friends and I had a great time staying at this adorable cottage! The beach is so close and the parking pass is a lifesaver! We also loved making a fire and relaxing in the backyard. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to cook while spending time together. Will definitely book again!

Loved everything about it!

Super clean and comfy beach home! They were very thoughtful about the little things. Great energy throughout the home. Everything from qtips, cotton balls, wood chips for the fire pit, brand new appliances, coffee, beach chairs, comfy bed pillows and plenty of towels! Access to the beach was super easy and having the parking pass was a bonus! Thank you for making it so special for us!
