Fun Resort, a little dated

We loved the stay. The room was great with a nice sitting room and comfortable beds. We are at the restaurant and had great burgers. The staff was super friendly. We go to Park City/Midway every summer, this place will be one we return to.

Zerrmatt stay

Enjoyed space and ease of access to skiing. Whole Zermatt property needs updating. Unit clean and stocked fairly well. Not enough towels provided. Owner responsive.

Great location, Poor Management

I rarely provide a poor rating and the unit is as described/pictured but the management made the trip a bit frustrating. The owner failed to communicate check in instructions so we were at the front desk for 45 mins trying to get information on the how to get into the unit which wasn’t ideal with young kids waiting in the car. We finally got a hold of the property owner, they communicated they were transitioning software platforms so hopefully it is better for the next visitor. During our stay, while kids were sleeping and during a work call, someone entered the unit informing us they were requested by the owner to do an appraisal unbeknownst to us. Lastly, we had booked two consecutive stays and the owner said they would waive one of the cleaning fees since we would never leave the unit between reservations. After our stay, the owner never returned texts and the first cleaning fee was still charged (for a cleaning that never occurred). Zermatt is awesome, Midway is beautiful. Property management for our stay wasn’t great.
