We rate this house as one of our personal “Top Favorites” we have rented. Great layout for large family with a ton of deck space. I mentioned neighbors, as we had the pleasure of meeting a few of the neighbors who are owners and/or full time residents. They were all very friendly and welcomed us into their community. I am a huge fan of outdoor showers, and although this one was not hidden away from prying eyes, it definitely helped keep the sand out of the house and was refreshing on a hot afternoon coming off the beach. Property management was top notch, and gaining access to the property was simple and efficient. 10 out 10 and I would totally rent this property again for a large family trip.

Good location very close to beach. Pest control needs attention; ants and a couple roaches spotted. New shower heads are an absolute must. No water pressure from showers. Pressure on outside shower better than inside showers. Would stay at this location again with these minor changers. Property managers were great.

Great location but this house need update. They listed for 5 bedroom but one of them in the basement connected to garage. Room are all clean but insects in the basement and you can hear all the water drain to the sewer.

Reviewer Comments: We rented the house for our immediate family and hosted two large parties for 20 people at each. living/kitchen/dining area provided for good flow and conversation. The only downsides were the number of steps to reach the living area and numerous steps to the bedrooms. Everyone did fine, but we were concerned about safety for older guests. The first floor suite smells musty.

The management company was very helpful except with the TVs. The main floor living room was the only one we could watch because the others had no service and would not let us connect. It was okay though. There are 5 bedrooms but only 4 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom.It was a wonderful rental and we would definitely like to rent again.

We had the impression they were going to be more beach items and from based on the picture on Paradise Baech Homes website, so we expected to have more toys for the kids and or noodles since we flew in. We did not have any of those items with us because we expect them to be in the house. The second point was the louver doors for the bedrooms is great for airflow, but since we had quite a few people in the house, noise was a little bit of a problem, and we couldn’t close off the bedrooms to allow the sleepers to sleep in and of course, with tile floors everywhere that makes the voices carry through the house so with kids it was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise the locations really great the land of the house is really functional and we enjoyed the house a lot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many times with Paradise, and, as always, the service was wonderful. And, the house was really terrific. We had 12 guests, and we never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was huge and beautifully updated, with tons of storage and every amenity you could think of. We loved that there are two sets of washer/dryers. The bedrooms were all a great size. There were balconies off every room, so, lots of space to gather. It is a block and a half from the Gulf- so- location, location, location! It’s also only a mile to Casino Beach, so the teens could walk or ride bikes and had a lot of independence. We’ve already booked for next year. A few minuses: the apartment off the garage was REALLY musty - there must be a water problem. A dehumidifier is needed, at the least. And, as others have stated, there is still not enough deck seating. Every balcony off bedrooms should have at least two chairs. And, weirdly, there is no direct access to the huge living area that is on the top floor and leads to a huge deck with amazing views. My teens and their friends had to go thru our master to access it. Awkward. Could a staircase be built from the second to third level deck? And, some chairs up there- we would have loved to sit up there in the evenings. All in all, just a few changes would really make this place shine!
