Relax with family & friends at this peaceful waterfront cottage nestled on Haywater Creek with access from private dock.

Fish, Kayak and Swim out back in Haywater Creek. Our cottage is a short drive or kayak to the North Fork’s best beaches.

Visit the many Farm Stands, Wineries, Grocery Stores and Restaurants, all within minutes of Beebe Drive.

The Cottage is newly furnished throughout, including sofas, beds, linens & house wears. New outdoor shower, grill and washer/dryer.

The Lower-Level entertainment area has a view of the beautiful creek and separate access to an additional patio and the backyard.

Kayaks, Fishing Rods, Fire Pit, Beach Chairs and Bikes - all provided!
