Escape from the noise and traffic! Are you looking for peace and quiet? Bird and star gazing? Fishing trip? Corn hole on the grass levee? Kayaking? Or perhaps the family friendly splash fest? Tie your boat up to our dock. Fish, swim...we have a swim ladder on the dock! 2 Kayaks available for guest use. Fast water is 300 feet away for easy swift boat access to dozens of sloughs and waterways worth exploring. There are a handful of super fun food establishments on shore and on the water. The sea lions and birds are ok with whatever you decide. It's up to you!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all air conditioning and/or heater units on middle floor rooms. 3 rooms.
Stack and lock chairs on dock. Lock kayaks as well.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful location right on the Delta. Had a great few days of fishing and mooring the boat on the dock really was nice.

Wonderful week in the Delta

We have rented various properties around Bethel Island; this was the best. Well furnished home in a good neighborhood with an excellent boat dock, all well protected behind a tule bern. Very enjoyable week; we recommend it highly!

This is the second year in a row that we rented here. Ryan has everything working very well. The property is very comfortable and modern enough to stay current if you want to. We bring my boat and use the dock. It’s all great. Probably be back again soon.

The Delta fishing trip we all needed.

This is the perfect property if you enjoy relaxing with great views of the delta. Waking up with coffee and views of the sun rising over the delta was priceless. The property has been updated and decorated very well, high quality linens and furniture, was very comfortable and homey. Owner is extremely communicative which helps create a great overall experience.
