Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Quaint cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the little cottage in Lakeside. It is close to everything—Weko Beach, Warren Dunes, New Buffalo, Union Pier, etc. A+ location. It is quite outdated and the beds are very hard, but overall a great place to stay based on the location.

Nice, clean little place in a great location to beach and a few good places to eat. Nice quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for high end, modern feel, this is not your place. But it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay again if in area.

Quite a bit to be desired

The porch was dirty, the outside trash can was overflowing with food and smelled, there were mice in the house and a large limb came crashing down while we ate on the porch narrowly missing the house. I called / texted to complain and nothing has been addressed other than to be told my complaints were being reviewed. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
