Relax on the new sofa and watch a movie on the 50 inch SmartTV with cable or take in the incredible marsh views. There is room for the whole family to gather around the dining table and enjoy a meal prepared in the fully equipped new kitchen which provides a dual coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, hand mixer, spices, and grill tools. The enjoyable deck offers additional dining space with seating for four, and is a favorite spot for your morning coffee. In the entryway console cabinet, board games and card games are provided.


The Master Suite includes a large king bed with a new mattress and panoramic, breathtaking marsh and ocean views. Additional conveniences include a SmartTV with cable, ceiling fan, floor fan, bench, luggage rack, and USB charging lamps. The Guest Suite is located down the hall, with its own private bath, and has comfortable queen and XL twin beds with powered/charging nightstands. Each bathroom is conveniently equipped with a large vanity, large mirror, and a hair dryer.

Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
