Located on a quiet street only a short walk to the beach! Freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is the perfect place to relax & enjoy beautiful South Melbourne Beach with your family! Sleeps 8!
Your home away from home has tile floors, marble counter tops in the kitchen and bath areas downstairs and fully furnished and equipped with all of the amenities needed for your unforgettable beach stay!
Close to grocery store, golf course, bait & tackle shop, surf shop, plus numerous cocktail and dining establishments within 2 miles. Many other areas to explore, relax and enjoy the Florida beach lifestyle!
Beach access is a leisurely 3 minute walk or take the included beach bikes for a ride.
Also includes beach kayak, surfboards, beach chairs, beach fishing poles, gear and beach cart. Wow, you may have to stay another week to enjoy all of the amenities =:)
Master bedroom - Queenbed upstairs, private bath with shower.
2nd bedroom upstairs- queen bed, w/ half bath
Downstairs bedroom with queen bed & wall mounted tv, with full bath w/ whirlpool tub / shower. Extra Trundle bed for kids in downstairs breezeway.

Pool table downstairs in great room w/ large flat screen smart TV. Comfy couch and powered double recliner loveseat.

Close to Paradise!

We stayed over spring break - house was clean, well stocked and well - perfect. Super close to the beach and not a bad drive to Orlando. Would for sure stay again!

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The nearby beach is very nice and quiet. The area is fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We booked this property because of the e-bikes and kayaks. It was disappointing that the bikes were not e-bikes and there was only 1 kayak.

Great beach house

My friend and I took our kids for spring break. We had a wonderful time. The house had all the supplies we needed. Short walk to the beach. I would definitely go back again.

Paradise!!!

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time at your place! The pool table was a great bonding tool. My personal favorite was the back yard. That patio was everything!! Clean, relaxing, plenty of space and things to do. Close to the beach and to restaurants. I’m so happy to have found this place.

Great house, comfortable beds, lots of amenities!

Host was very responsive to all questions. So many things to do right at the house! We enjoyed the putting green, bike and hot tub the most. Didn't have a chance to use the water items since the weather was bad. The location was very safe and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to go back any time!

Things don't work too well

Things in the place that we went to use sometimes didn't work as expected. For instance the blender started smoking and smelling like burnt plastic. There was a slot machine in the game room that didn't work. When I plugged it into an outlet is set about screaking so I quickly unplugged it. Outdoor pillows had mold growing on them. Dishwasher was out of order so we had to handwash, rinse and dry dishes manually. Who wants to do that on vacation? The kitchen sink was very slow-draining so washing dishes was difficult at best. We had to eat out at restaurants more than expected. They did have paper plates available for us but you still had to wash the utensils and pans. I believe this house is on a well and septic because the tap water had at times a tendency to smell like rotted eggs. This house is ok but the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy to me. We had a good time in the area going to the space coast and the Wizard of Oz immersive experience along with Ron Jon surf Mecca. Plus we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk so carrying things there was a bit much. There's a couple electric bikes but you had to rent them. I didn't see that in the add. Also the ad shows a golf cart but there wasn't one there. Host said I had to rent that too (VRBO won't let me tell you how much they're charging) but it was much.
