Book now and experience Florida’s Nature Coast at its best. This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from Downtown Inverness, 30 minutes from Crystal River, and 45 mins from Ocala.
The space
This house is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, and a Florida room. We have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your favorite meals.
Other things to note
- REMOTE WORKERS- if you are a remote worker we provide you with great WIFI, a desk, and a comfortable chair.

-LONGTERM RENTALS- we will charge a cleaning fee to prepare the house for the next rental at the end of your stay; during your stay you will be responsible for the cleaning and the laundry; however, should you need cleaning services during your stay, we can refer you to our cleaning company and you can hire them directly.

KAYAKS- Guests 18 yrs and up are allowed to use the kayaks without supervision. Two life jackets are provided and it is the responsibility of the guest to wear them at all times while on the water. The life jackets are located in the laundry room. Please contact the host before using the kayaks to ensure safety.

House was perfect for my mom & I while in the area visiting my brother for Christmas. Beautiful yard. Very comfortable beds & super comfy couches!I had a question about the TV/streaming services, and it was met with a very fast response. The house was well-maintained and extremely clean, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Quiet Col de Sac in a small peninsula with access to Lake Henderson. The house is very close to restaurants, Bars and a Boat Ramp. The sunsets are spectacular and the scenery with the water in the backyard and the wildlife, makes our place the perfect retreat.
