I spent my 65th birthday with my daughter and grandsons. The house was great but was a little lacking for dishes/pots/pans. Nothing was mentioned about the attached guest house until we saw lights on and folks looking through their patio door. The glass was frosted but it was just weird. They didn’t bother us at all, just strange to not know about the additional guests.

By far the worst property I have stayed at. The house was located next to two abandoned properties. We booked for 1 night. Dropped off our things around 9PM and went out for the evening with plans to return and go right to sleep. Returned to the property to find there was a bug trail in the master bed. We ended up sleeping on the couch snd left first thing in the morning.

Was excited for the stay. Unfortunately when we arrived right when we walked in we noticed the house was extremely hot at 90 degrees. Host was very helpful and responsive. Due to having very young children and my father who is extremely sensitive to heat for medical reasons we were unable to stay. Host worked with us trying to get someone to come out and even offered to help us find another place. Once the AC was fixed they even messaged that we were welcome to go back. Great customer service on the hosts end. VRBO not helpful at all. 3 stars more so for the stressful experience of having to find a last minute booking during the summer for the weekend- I wish whoever checked and/or cleaned the house prior to us arriving had noticed. More an inconvenience than anything.
