Home Away From Home Condo…Forsyth Park

Two story Condo at Forsyth Park (Historical District). All the amenities of home if you need a place to stay for work or just a long vacation. Would be a great place for SCAD enthusiasts .Easy walk to restaurants , Broughton Steet , River Street and City Market.

Two bedroom , two and a half bath- full kitchen - electric fireplace-off street reserved parking

NO SMOKING ! There will be a 500.00 charge for smoking inside the property.
We are pet friendly but because of recent cleaning expenses we are having to charge a pet fee. If you are a repeat guest please contact me if you have any questions.
Cleaning will be available during your stay for an additional charge . Please contact host for those options .
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
