This was a great location- walkable to the cargo district and a short uber ride to the waterfront. We enjoyed the large home with plenty of space for a large group of friends. We had so much fun, and look forward to coming back soon!

Check in was easy. The property wasn’t dirty but because of a really bad sour odor we didn’t want to touch anything. The photos are individually accurate but don’t show the very strange layout. The smell bothered us to the point that we felt grossed out and ended up deciding to stay at a hotel.

My Stay on New Years!

When I first checked in the place was so nice and clean! The owner came by and dropped off some extra pots/pans and silverware incase we needed it! Hayley was very nice and sweet! Overall my stay was amazing at this cozy spot in downtown! I would love to come here again some day!

Good Room for Family

Attended a wedding for weekend. I am very familiar with Wilmington area as both my daughters live (have lived here). I think we were some of the first guests to stay here. There are a couple of things that I think could make this an excellent stay. I will discuss with host.

UNCW Grad Weekend

Our family stayed at Cargo Digs for UNCW Graduation weekend. We chose Haley’s property for its vintage charm and location. I much prefer a HOME with character over a plain house so that is why we were drawn to this place and we were so happy with it the entire weekend. The home had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group. We walked to the Cargo District for coffee each morning and a cocktail each evening. Haley is an attentive and communicative host who answered messages immediately during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
