Welcome to Observation Pointe (Baytowne Wharf Complex), an oasis within Sandestin® resort and your gateway to a sun-soaked vacation, with the village square just steps away (Exit door to the village is directly outside this units entrance)

The renovated condo features an open floor plan, ideal for entertaining. Unwind in the living room, complete with two sofas, both offering sofa beds, and a flatscreen TV, while planning your next adventure. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, mini-bar accessories, full size laundry machines and steps to many formal and casual dining options.

The furnished balcony extends the living space outdoors, with cornhole offered and large sitting area to accommodate larger parties and perfect for soaking in the tranquil ambiance. Two bedrooms, both equipped with smart TVs, ensure restful nights. Bedroom 1 room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo for added convenience. Bedroom 2 is a few steps away from the second bathroom that offers a walk-in shower (Handicap friendly).

The condo offers access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, and gas grills for a complete vacation experience. The Sandestin area is a hub for activities, with pristine beaches, water sports, four exclusive golf courses and family-friendly attractions like the Baytowne Adventure Zone. . An array of dining options and regular events keeps the Village vibrant. The Sandestin beach tram is free for guests and will take you virtually anywhere on the resort from the beach to the bay. The beach access is deeded to our resort.

This is our 5th year staying at the wharf. Our second time in this particular condo. Location is perfect, it’s quiet at night but you’re still in a very convenient spot to get to everything. We will be back!! The owners made it so easy!

We love Sandestin. This condo was at the entrance of Baytown Warf. Great to be walking distance to great restaurants. Beach was just 5 minute drive away. The condo is perfect size for the 4 of us. Decorated very nice and the covered balcony was great. Could enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Will stay here again.

Memorial Day mini trip

This property is fantastic. Wonderfully appointed, calm and classy decor, and incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this property for all ages. You just walk out the door for Baytowne activities, swimming pools and bus ride to beach. 10000 stars!
