AVAILABLE NOW. 3/3 OCEANFRONT CONDO, END UNIT, ON FOURTH FLOOR (UNIT #405) IN SANIBEL CONDOMINIUM. Professionally decorated, elegant, yet comfortable. This was the model unit with lots of upgrades. As soon as you walk in your will feel relaxed in the beautiful surroundings. This unit is a direct oceanfront, end unit, offering the best view of the beach from practically every room. You can watch Dolphins play in the water, pelicans fly by or just enjoy the beautiful waves. Go to sleep each night listening to the ocean surf. Sanibel Condominium is located on a small peninsula of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. You can watch the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony, and you can watch the sunset over the Halifax River from the front of the Condo.

Look no further, this new condo is beyond your expectations. The split floor plan is huge with 2207 square feet of luxury. The Living Room boasts a 42 inch flat screen plasma TV. There is also a separate Den with French doors, a leather queen-size pull-out couch, with another 42 inch flat screen plasma TV with DVD. The Kitchen features state of the art stainless steel appliances with beautiful cabinetry, and granite countertops. There is also a built in wet-bar with a granite top and built in wine cooler. The condo has upgraded tile, carpet, appliances, cabinetry, wood shelving systems in the closets, laundry room with full washer and dryer, beautiful remote controlled ceiling fans, with custom blinds and drapery. There is even high-speed wireless internet, so bring your laptop computer. Our condo includes all the comforts of home, as it is equipped with everything you need from silverware, to linens, to beach towels.

The Master Suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for an amazing oceanfront view. It has a king size pillow top mattress with a 37 inch flat screen LCD TV. The adjoining bath has a jetted Jacuzzi tub with extra large tiled shower. There are double sinks with granite countertop, separate toilet room, and large walk in closet.

The Second Bedroom is a smaller master suite with a king size bed, built in desk, flat screen LCD TV, large walk in closet, with an exterior window with ocean views. It also has its own beautifully decorated bathroom. The third bedroom is spacious as well, with a queen size bed, walk in closet, exterior window with ocean views, flat screen LCD TV, and it has its own full size bath in the hall.

The best parking space in the garage will come in handy when you unload, as the space is right next to the elevators. There is additional parking in front of the building.

The building only has 65 units, so it is never crowded, and has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, with a state of the art fitness center, and billiard room with card tables. There is plenty to do, including golf cart, ATV, and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals (seasonal). There are also jet ski rentals at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive south. You can stroll to the local pier for breakfast, lunch, dinner, relaxation or fishing. There are also numerous restaurants in the immediate area, some with fresh seafood and live music. There are various miniature golf sites nearby, as well as a water park, go-carts, amusement center at the boardwalk, shopping, parasailing, etc.

Your home away from home is 60 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Kennedy Space Center. Historic St. Augustine is 60 minutes away with a beautiful scenic drive up AIA. Daytona Beach Airport and Daytona Speedway are 20 minutes away.

You will positively want to return year after year.

There is nothing more majestic then waking up and watching the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony with the ocean breeze in your face, and the sound of the surf in your ears. Sanibel is a new oceanfront building in a great location. It is a few blocks south of the Port Orange bridge, near many good restaurants, the Daytona Beach Speedway, and only an hour from the Orlando attractions, Kennedy Space Center, and historic St. Augustine. Sanibel also has great amenities, with an oceanfront pool and hot tub, state of the art fitness room, and billiard room with card tables.

We had looked at about 10 different places before we decided to stay here. We are sooo glad we picked this condo. We have stayed at hotels on Daytona Beach several times before and have not been happy. This condo is very upscale and like new. It was just like being at home at our condo in Pittsburgh Pa. with the view of the ocean. The resturants around the condo are all very good with one being excellent (Down The Hatch) and very close. The temps for the first few days were cold for Daytona but we still had a good time on the beach with feeding the birds and watching the waves. All in all we are really happy with the condo and we are already thinking about coming back next year. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

We just love the Sanibel Condominiums. The location is wonderful and this unit is exceptional.

The owners are very helpful and prompt with sending information. Will be staying at this same unit as long as it is available. The sound of the Ocean, The Beach, The Breeze, the ease of access....It's got it all and comfort and style.

Beautiful Condo!! Great Views!!

We have been coming to Daytona for over 20 years and this was our favorite place we have stayed. It was spacious, clean, beautiful, great views and good people to deal with. The kitchen was very well equipped. The building itself is in a great location in Daytona where traffic is calm as it is the last entry to the beach so if you step over the entry you are on the no drive section (perfect for kids.) The building was clean, well maintained and very quiet. We booked it again and arrive this Saturday (4/9/16)!!

Great Condo!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 week. This is the second time we have stayed in this building, and the first time we have stayed in this condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! The location (4th floor, ocean front) was great and it's near a lot of restaurants and easy access to Port Orange. The owners were great to work with, very responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Exactly as described! A beautiful place to stay ...

So, sometimes when you read descriptions you wonder, is this really true or is it too good to be true. This condo is everything it says it is and more. It is luxurious. It is well equipped. In a span of 4 weeks of staying there over the course of 2 years, I can honestly say it isn't crowded. I can count on 1 hand how many times I have ever run into other people either in the hall or elevator. Aside from the description in the listing, here are the things that truly stand out for me and my sisters:

1) location. It is at the quiet end of the beach (the last turn in to be able to drive on the beach). There isn't a lot of traffic. It is a hop, skip and a jump to great restaurants, grocery shopping.

2) parking, I know in the description it says it has a great parking spot but what it doesn't say is that unlike many other condos on the beach, this parking space has about 5-6 inches more room in width due to its proximity to another door. This makes getting in and out of the spot super duper easy and fast without having to creep in, back up/go forward etc. If you drive a larger vehicle, this is important!

3) layout. each bedroom really has its own space. You feel like you have privacy in your own room. Yes the 1 bedroom has the bathroom across the hall, but seriously, we were 4 women in that condo and we never crossed paths.

This place is certainly top notch from top to bottom. I highly recommend it.

5 Stars All The Way!! Highly Recommend This Condo.

Having traveled extensively throughout the US, Canada and the Caribbean, I can tell you that this beachfront condo at Sanibel is one of the best. The condo is spacious, has all the amenities and was at a reasonable and fair price for such a fully equipped and appointed condo. The linens, bedding, appliances, upgrades, floor plan etc. are all top notch. I have rented several VRBO units over the past few years. Having grown up going to the Daytona/Ormond Beach area, our family was looking for an oceanfront, three bedroom/three bathroom rental. Well, look no further, this property was everything we could ask for and more. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone heading to the Daytona Beach Shores area. The owner was diligent in following up with communications and was in constant contact leading up to our visit. Thank you very much and hopefully we can make it back soon.
