There is plenty of room and comfort in our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Very private with your own heated pool, your own boat dock, your own car port and your own trailer parking area all on your property. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds for 8 people. It was especially nice having the 3rd bathroom/shower! The location was great and the pool was a nice addition. More directions on how the heating of the pool worked upfront would have been helpful, but Ed was very responsive with the few issues we had. We definitely would stay there again!

This is our second year staying here & will definitely book again. The home is conveniently located & has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. During both of our stays we used the pool, gas grill, bait freezer, outdoor seating & dining area and fish cleaning station at the dock.

The house and pool area were well equipped, loved the dock and the wildlife we would see. The house suited us well. Only complaint was the neighbors in unit next to us, wasnt the quiet family atmosphere we were hoping for but this was beyond our hosts control. The beach nearby was beautiful and the water was warm. Made our Christmas in the keys just lovely.

We had a wonderful time. We would 100% stay here again. It is close to everything including the dockside, sunset grille, brass monkey and sombrero beach etc. Ed was very communicative and helpful. My ONLY complaint would be that the cleaners need to pay more attention to the kitchen drawers and the dishes. Other than that. Perfection!

Great location

We come every year and usually stay in Key Colony Beachbut decided to stay in Marathon this year. We enjoyed the private pool and closeness of Sombrero Beach and various bridges for fishing. The home was exactly as described. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The outside area has tons of seating around the pool. We will definitely stay again.

I picked this place because it advertised a balcony to a rooftop. We thought we would be in our dinners on the rooftop hanging out on the rooftop and playing games on the rooftop. Needless to say there was no rooftop and no stairs to a rooftop. The TV in the living room was horrible, the solution was to get us a new remote control. That didn’t work. I think when you’re paying what we paid for a week they could’ve left us at least one trash bag for each day, a dishwasher pod for each day, and they could’ve not had so many rules that they didn’t tell us ahead of time. I feel like I got a motel six home at the price of a five star luxury hotel. Extremely disappointed. And luckily we didn’t plan on a 40 foot dock because the boat wouldn’t fit. Luckily we rent it only a 20 foot boat. I really feel cheated I am extremely disappointed. We even left a day early. Let me also mention they told us we could use the outside freezer that was absolutely disgusting I did them a favor and I cleaned it out. It wasn’t usable there was so much frost and trash in it. When you tell us we have to use the outside grill we shouldn’t have to ask for the tank to be filled because we couldn’t cook seafood in the house. I have the room with the king size bed that had nowhere to put my clothes. No hangers to hang them on no dresser to put them in. My clothes stayed on the floor along with my other items because there was nowhere to put them. So I had to go home and wash all my stuff after being on the flo

The host was outstanding went out of his way to provide us with a pack n play portable crib for our grandson the house was everything we anticipated clean nice pool couldn’t be happier
