Host profile image
I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I spent two years in Denver after that, two years in San Diego and then settled down in Coachella Valley, where I have lived for the past four years now. I love being out here in beautiful La Quinta. The city is so nice, lots of shopping, great eats, hiking, views, parks, and so many great people. I really love being a host and in this industry. I love design, architecture, nature, animals, and helping people wherever I can. I like setting things up and making everything as perfect as possible for our guests. Come with your dogs, ask me anything about the house, neighborhood or area. Need some ideas on where to get great food or how to spend a Saturday afternoon? I have so many fun choices in mind. Come, relax, and make yourself comfortable.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is in a guard-gated community situated around a 7 Acre Lake. The community has several amenities such as tennis, a fitness center, 15 pools, 16 spas, walking paths around the lake, and recreational catch and release fishing (bass, bluegill, largemouth bass, and carp) and clubhouse activities like bingo, coffee social and book clubs. Laguna De La Paz is located right in the center of the city of La Quinta, CA. Tucked up against the Santa Rosa Mountains and only a short distance away (2 Miles) from shopping restaurants at Old Town La Quinta. Developed from 1984-1995 with 390 units built, this neighborhood offers something unique and beautiful.

What makes this property unique

I think what makes this property unique is that warm loving feeling you get when you step inside. The décor is cozy and comfortable and high quality. The floorplan is open and lots of natural light flows though. You look out the back windows and the views of the mountains nearby are spectacular. You feel completely at peace here. It is a great place to unwind and relax. At night time you can see all the stars in the sky. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the neighbors are warm and friendly and wave at you as you drive by. The walking paths by the lake are phenomenal. You'll see ducks, fish, Spanish gardens, and green for acres. It is truly a desert oasis.
